When ever I'm going around, it seems to only be in creative mode, the launcher shuts down. It doesn't crash it just closes. Is this because the memory I have allocated? It's set to 1024 Memory, I assume this is the default. Any ideas?
EDIT: When I'm in survival its closes due to "Internal Server Error"

Increase the amount of memory allocated to the game. I can make a suggestion if you tell me how much RAM you have.
If its not the memory, its might be some of your mods. If you want to see if you get an error log when it closes, try running it from the command line. You may not get an error log though. You could also look at the launchers log file, (accessable in the options menu) after it closes from whatever problem is closing it.

my computer says I have 4.00 and 3.75 available. The only mods I have running on it are ModLoader, Rei's and TMI. I've been trying to add one and take one until I find what is the main issue.

When entering the amount of memory for minecraft to use, it is in Megabytes. I would try using between 2048 and 1920 MB. Tell me If this works.
I Have Been Having A Lot Of Problems With The Launcher As of 1.3.1. What Will Happen Is That The Launcher Will Pop Up, But It Will Not Let Me Do Anything(Switch Tabs, Login, Set-Up, Ect.) If Its Not That, Then It Just Opens As A Clear Box. And If Its Not That, Then My Minecraft Will Sometimes Crash If Im Even Able To Get Logged In. I Know Its Not My OS Because It Worked Just Fine In 1.2.5
I Have Started A New .Minecraft Folder.
Also, The Actual Minecraft Launcher Works Just Fine Too
Magic launcher's most recent build was intended for 1.2.5 witch didn't support fullscreen.

Try an older version of forge. I've had those problems too.

EDIT: what version of minecraft are you using?
Is that world a LAN server and are you mods compatible with 1.3.1?
It does not need updated to 1.3.1, it's not a mod. I am running it and there is no problems.

Can Someone Help Me Please With My Problem
Did you try disabling the news? Mine was doing the same thing until I did that.
You can either go to the Magic folder located in .minecraft and edit the .cfg file, or go to Options from ML main window and un-check it in there.
Thanks, It Worked
