Hi! I've been through the past few pages, but nothing seems to adequately describe my problem.
I've been using ML for a while; went to go update the launcher, Minecraft, and the mods - did all successfully. All my mods say 'ok' in the setup, and when I test it, it works fine.
When I go to actually login, however, it will not connect to the server. Under options, it says it's running Version 1.5.2.
I've re-downloaded everything - from MagicLauncher itself to the mods to Minecraft - the original launcher and the new update. I'm a little stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
guys when I updated to 1.6.2 and then used magic launcher I a weird skin on it wich is the skin on minecraft is blue so I think it the one of the makers skin so please fix it

I uninstalled java and reinstalled it and now it doesn't work. It worked before though.
I am not really sure how to explain this but when I use the magic launcher some of my items will go away when i log back onto my world and i will also get teleported somewhere random on the same Y: level i am on. The item can be anything else well like ores weapons seeds just for example. The item doesn't really matter where it is as well.Ex: furnaces inventory, chest, or hot key bar. But most of the time if I enchant something i will log back on and my experience will be gone but I don't have the item anywhere. Also my hunger and health stays the same. can someone please help me fix this?all I have is optifine mod for mods
Yeah sounds not fixed. Everytime i log in, the sound works for a few seconds on a mp server then just stops working. I like my mc sounds and this is just getting annoying.

Hey, I'm having a problem, Forge Mod Loader works perfectly for me using minecraftforge-universal-1.6.2-9.10.0.784.jar
The problem arises when I try and add optifine to the mix. The game loads properly, except, many of the textures (say wood for example) are invisible. generally making the game unplayable. Does anyone have experience with this or tips on what I might be doing wrong? I am using Optifine_1.6.2_HD_U_B4.zip

I have been able to play fine for weeks until today I changed the GUI setting size to AUTO and the game crashed. I put it back to NORMAL and everytime I try to load up a saved world, it'll go to loading screen then crash. Loading the saves on regular MC without magic launcher works. WHy not on Magic Launcher?
the status for my mods in the external mods have "no ModLoader!" even though i do have it. Can you clarify why its giving me this and if there is a special location i'm supposed to put ModLoader.
I'm running mc 1.0.0 on a mac.
I believe you need the Modloader file first. Eh, I shouldn't be talking, the creator should.

To run Minecraft 1.6.2+, go to Setup -> Environment and select 1.6.2. If the Environment 1.6.2 is not available, use the vanilla launcher to download and start Minecraft 1.6.2, then Environment 1.6.2 should appear in the list.
To run Minecraft 1.6.2+ with Forge, go to Setup -> Environment and select 1.6.2_Forge_XYZ. If the Environment 1.6.2_Forge is not available, use the vanilla launcher to download and start Minecraft 1.6.2, then use the Forge installer to install Forge and then the Environment 1.6.2_Forge_XYZ should appear in the list.

Fixing common problems
1. The order of the mods is important as some of them are designed to "overwrite" parts of other mods.
2. The ModLoader has to be first in the mods list, use the button Up to move it to first position. ModLoader is not needed if Forge 4.0 or newer is installed.
3. Then come (if you need them) ModLoaderMP and Forge.
4. Then come the rest of the mods and last comes OptiFine. Only one OptiFine edition may be active as they overwrite each other.
5. Do not forget to start with a clean minecraft.jar. If it is already modified or patched, then some mods may not work correctly.
6. A mod should appear either in the internal or the external mod list, but not in both at the same time.
7. Mods which have status "No mods found" needs to be repackaged to be used. The mod ZIP file usually have a folder "put_in_minecraft_jar" or similar which contains one or more files like "acx.class". The contents of this folder have to be zipped in a separate ZIP file and added as an internal mod. This solution works with almost all problematic mods.
8. If you get an error "No accelerated mode found" or "Bad OpenGL drivers" you may try running Minecraft with less memory. Go to "Setup -> Advanced", enter 256 in the field Memory and test again. This helps with some integrated graphics cards.
