That's different than you reported and probably beyond my level of help.
If I were having your problem... Before I ran up the white flag... I'd drag the entire .minecraft folder to a different directory and restart MC. You will need your user name and password. It creates a completely fresh .minecraft folder. Once it's up and working you can if needed COPY parts back to your directory. It also gives you a back-up copy of your existing worlds.
If you need to post back Please include what operating system you're using. That may help too.
i apologize for reporting differently i did fix it i was on 1.4.2 so i just upgraded to 1.4.5 (mods also) i just left out forge and secret rooms but i do want to thank you for all your help i really did not think i was going to get a responce so quickly and helpful keep it up

I'm glad you found what I suggested helpful.
I can't promise but I have no love for Forge. Many Mod creators when asked (CraftGuide) will make a non Forge version. If you really want SecretRooms, it costs nothing to ask the Mod author.

You can use McNostalgia to recreate a clean 1.4.2.jar and recover that as well.
I have unmodified MC.jars from 1.7.3 (and copies of all the Mods I used) to present, that I've kept with each upgrade. With MagicLauncher I can recreate any or all of these versions any time I want.
I'm looking to mod another Java-based game. Are you using a ByteCode library for this or are you doing it all by hand? I'd like to know what library you use of there is one. Feel free to PM me. Thanks.
I used to have a modloader version.. but I dropped it.. for quite a few reasons...
Forge is easier to actually make the mod with.
ModLoader hacks back to Single Player, LAN won't work well...
No other mod support. In other words.. I can't copy the Textures of other mod blocks with this.
The way ModLoader was made, it was hacky. And honestly.. it would be better if Risu just stopped ML all together so people could use the Far superior Forge/FML
I don't wanna code the mod twice, once for ML, and again for forge. its a lot of work. I have to finish ForgeEssentials...
Any reason you can't use Forge? it truly IS better in every way... unless you like BTW
Unfortunatly Asking for ModLoader version for SecretRooms wont work due to this being in the OP for the topic.
yes there is a reason i cant use forge the mods i wanna use crash minecraft when i use forge and secretrooms but its fine when i remove them if you know a way around this so i can use all my mods that would be great i will only list the mods not the mod suport

I think now that java hasn't anyting to do with it but it worked fine and then i upduted forge and after that it doesn't work anymore, so i tried t downgrade forge but it still doesn't work
When i just do it on normal way(not magic launcher) it works a little better. But magic launcher is much better
weird.... sounds like Forge IS causing a problem somehow.....
Looking @ the log again & I'm not sure what version(s) you've been trying...it says in log '4.5.2.459 for Minecraft 1.4.5' however I'm not sure if it comes up with that regardless of the version you're using
The latest version of forge (at time of this post) is 6.4.1.416 as shown here - what versions (s) have you tried....
I also noticed I can't see any mention of Operating system you're using (unless it's in an earlier post I haven't found ) - but can't see it being that if it runs OK with the normal launcher (I assume you have tried that)
You also say 'When i just do it on normal way (not magic launcher)' , I'm afraid that statement isn't quite clear to me
- is this the 'normal way of installing Mod's' (opening up minecraft.jar - inserting the class file & deleting the meta_inf folder) or 'Normal way of launching the game' (using a clean minecraft.jar & using the default minecraft.exe launcher)
<snip>
With the normal way i mean the normal way of installing mods (opening jar, ....)
But you think the problem is forge? But i tried to downgrade forge and it still doesn't work with magic launcher
But does minecraft work ok WITHOUT forge whe run with 'Magic' ?
It might be that your minecraft files have been damaged somehow & that is what's causing the problems you have been having
I know it's a pain but could you try the following....
- Use the original minecraft launcher & 'force update' to make sure you have clean minecraft files to start off with
- Try to run minecraft with the official launcher & see if it runs OK
> If it doesn't run - you'll know it's not Magic or Forge that's causing your problems - so it MIGHT be Java or your particular PC setup (Maybe the OS you're using perhaps??)
> If it runs OK....
....Try Magic to start minecraft without adding any MOD's to start off
> If it doesn't run - but did with the official launcher - then the problem lies with 'Magic'
> If it runs OK -
.....Use [Add] within Magic & add the latest version of Forge for YOUR version of minecraft (I assume you are on 1.4.5) - try to run minecraft (again)
> If it doesn't run - you know it's not Magic or the official launcher that is the problem - but Forge, & so we've narrowed down the problem area. We can then concentrate on figuring out the actual problem with forge
> If it runs OK - I can only assume you may've done something 'wrong' when you did it 'manually' (Opening minecraft.jar > added > deleted meta_inf etc) & since it now runs OK - You can then start to [add] each MOD you want... I suggest one-at-a-time... & re-test to make sure Minecraft still runs OK
Each time you 'test' - I would suggest you delete all files in the /crash_reports/ folder & any 'forgemodloader-client.log' files you find in /.minecraft/ folder.. When minecraft fails to run - then any files that appear you'll know relates to your problem & you should post them here in those [ spoiler ] tags that have been mentioned earlier

'Bad version number in .class file'
I think this usually means that one of your MOD's is NOT for the version of Minecraft you are trying to run, regardless of what you sayinh that you have the latest of all
Personally I think you may have the wrong 'Forge' version OR you have a 'pre-modded' minecraft.jar.. It's best to have a 'clean' minecraft.jar file when using 'Magic'
Make sure you have a Forge version 6.4.x.xxx and NOT a 6.3.x.xxx (latest version at this time is 6.4.1.425)
Alternatively, you could follow my advice I gave 'Thebakker' above (post #4864) & that way you can narrow down the MOD that's causing the problem yourself

i have install forge, rei minimap and millenaire all the correct version
I don't know nothing about Java but a quick google for 'Invalid file digest for Manifest' gave me info that suggests it may be a problem with java
Check the version of the JRE used by Eclipse. Security exceptions are handled by the runtime, so it is possible the JRE you are using to run Eclipse does not match the libraries Eclipse uses to compile .
Unfortunately you haven't given any other info like if JAVA been updated, or what operating system you use, or if you've used magic in the past & it's worked OK (or if this is the first time you've tried magic) - so we don't have a lot to work with to sort out your problem
I can only suggest what I've said in the past & try following that method first - I know it's a pain.. but your problem may not be 'Magic' related but something else
For everyone - here's a summary of 'finding what causing my problem'
Progress to the next step IF minecraft starts up & runs OK
1) Always start with a CLEAN minecraft.jar - do a 'force update'
2) Try running Minecraft with official launcher to make sure it actually runs
3) Use Magic BUT WITH NO MODs to see if it runs
4) Add ONLY one MOD & re-test to see if Minecraft runs OK with the MOD actually working...
5) Repeat adding MOD's ONE AT A TIME & re-test
If Minecraft fails at any point once you've added a new MOD - then that MOD is the problem
If you still have a problem which you are sure is 'Magic' related.. may I suggest you include in your post info like
- Operating System (XP/Win7/MAC etc)
- Java Version
- Minecraft Version
- Any Error logs you have (PLEASE place them in [ spoiler] [ /spoiler ] tags )
- Which MOD's you are trying to install (Version numbers of these may help as well)
- A detailed description of what happened. e.g did this run before / did you update anything (like JAVA ?) etc
I know it IS a pain, but the more info we get will give us a better understanding to what MIGHT be your problem & so will be able to give you better advice to try & solve it
