--I don't know where to post it,so I decided I would do it here--
I've seen a couple of videos where the camera is very smooth and looks like if it was a still image and a camera moving over it instead of an actual player walking while using a screen recorder,so I wanted to know if there was any program to record that way.
This is a good example:
Focus on the first few seconds and on 9:15 to the credits.
Lol, we kinda know that, he means how they make the movement of the camera in the video so very smooth moving, I would agree, I wonder the same, if you watch Haatfilms, their camera movement is very cool too. etc.

This is what I meant, I have fraps already, I just wanted to know how they did it all so smooth
You can set a target of where the camera to aim at, set where the player walks, either in a straight line or smoothly between points. Only thing missing is you can't set multiple targets.
Either way you could try F8 or view smoothing mods to help with recording.
The way they made their videos look "Smooth" is because they have really good computers that can handle Minecraft and recording with Fraps. So i'd suggest buying a gaming computer.
Fraps can be harsh on some computers, and even the developers have recommended you only use it on high-end PCs. I prefer X-Split. It can record two windows at once, add images on top of your video, record your webcam at the same time, even chromokey! It costs less than half as much as Fraps, too.

Nope. This is not what the OP is looking for.
Here it is: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/938825-11-camera-studio/
