how exactly does this back up the stuff? does it just copy the files and put it in a separate folder? does the world backup backup all the worlds? If you want to be simple, could you also include a restore feature?

It can copy all your worlds, or a single world.
Restore? What do you mean?
The download link doesn't work.
You want to move the file into your Public folder on Dropbox, doing so will allow you to share the file.
