OK. I couldn't wait. I had to try something. I re-downloaded my "Project 1" from your site, and then installed Java JDK on an entirely new machine, added it to my path, and then tried compiling without changing textures or anything. I received the same errors. Is it possible that something your code references has changed, and that's why it's not working? Maybe that's the update you're working on? Thanks.
Uh, this doesn't work for Mac. You can make a mod and download it, but when you click the "MAC-LINUX-SETUP-18.sh" file, it just opens a text file that says "java -jar mcModGenInstaller-18.jar" and nothing happens.
i cant figure out how to play my mod, ive spent all day creating textures and i downloaded it to test it and play, but i dont have the files to do so, i have the assets folder, but not the files folder, and i alsdont have the WINDOW_SETUP.Bat thing, Help?

Never Mind, Im An Idiot, I DIdent get all the files from the .zip file, im dumb!!!
Heya, I'm working on a patch for MAC right now! I'll deploy it year in an hour or so. Sorry for the trouble, if you could give it another shot in a little bit I would really appreciate it!
Well, if you're on windows what you are going to need to do is run the WINDOWS-SETUP.bat file. Make sure you have JDK1.8 installed. After this runs you will get a .jar file with the name of your mod. This works like any other mod, put it in your mods folder.
Hey, sorry once again for the delay. I'm currently doing some experimenting with your mod (Radpack1) to see what's going wrong and how I can fix it! I'll keep you updated
Ok so I got everything right in the tutorial and when loading up on the recommended forge, it said it found it as a "Non-Mod File." What did I do wrong?
I am having the same problem on linux, once it starts going into building process, it says java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/usr/ForgeSrc/build/libs (No such file or directory). Even if I add the libs in during the starting process it won't do it. Please fix
* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':makeStart'.
> Unable to find a javac compiler;
com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.
It is currently set to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_51"
* Try:
Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
After you've installed Java Development Kit you can simply run the WINDOWS-SETUP.bat file (or .sh on LInux or MAC) in the main files folder. If you want to modify your code you can see it under the "java" folder.
Ah! Looks like an easy fix! Notice how it says that Java home is set to:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_51"
What you want is for it to be pointed to Java Development Kit (JDK). So, first off, make sure that you have it installed. After that you're going to want to set your JAVA_HOME variable to it. Here is a FANTASTIC tutorial on how to do that if you don't already know:
dude download one of your mods and SEE if you have the libs folder because if you don't have a libs folder the .bit thing will not work. the .bit thing copys over all the stuff in to the Forgesrc folder and if the libs thing is not there it cant do it.
and I HAVE THE SDK STUFF FOR WINDOWS AND IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SDK STUFF WORKS BUT NOT THE .bit THING!!!!1!!!!

@Diamondtheender
Sorry! For a completely unreleated reason YouTube had a few of my videos taken down. There was some confusion and such. I'll get them back up ASAP!
Guys how do you start a mod
@Moshawat
Sign up for an account at http://mcmodgen.com and click "New Project"!

Did you encounter this error on the website or after you downloaded your mod?
A screenshot would also be helpful.
Thanks!!

oh yah the libs folder is not in ForgeSrc
@Diamondtheender
Not sure I understand, but hope it's working for you.
Just so you know, all of the tutorials have been reuploaded!
i know but do you even java code bro?
in the .bit thing says that in forgeSrc folder it cant find the libs because it is not there at all.
I am having the same problem on linux, once it starts going into building process, it says java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/usr/ForgeSrc/build/libs (No such file or directory). Even if I add the libs in during the starting process it won't do it. Please fix
