I have had this problem for a while, and I tried to look for a solution on other sites but with no luck. My problem is when I go to decompile MCP this message comes up.

Ok so I used this video to originally set up everything:
Then because that video did not show how to fix "scalac is not found on the path" I found on the Minecraft Forums that to fix it you have to download scalac from there site and create a path which i did.
Then I had another problem where it said that it could not find the 2.9.1-nightly-20130708-debug3 in the lwjgl folder. And I found again on the forum that you could get around this error by making new folders in the lwjgl,lwjgl_until, and lwjgl-platform and call them 2.9.1-nightly-20130708-debug3 and inside each of those put lwjgl- 2.9.1-nightly-20130708-debug3.jar for the lwjgl folder, lwjgl_until- 2.9.1-nightly-20130708-debug3.jar for the lwjgl_until folder, and lwjgl-platform- 2.9.1-nightly-20130708-debug3-natives-windows.jar for the lwjgl- platform folder.
Then when I had the current problem i found that a way to fix it where I had to install minecraft forge installer and make a new folder called mods and create a new profile in my minecraft that is called mods but that was with no luck.
Another thing I tried was I downloaded the minecraft.exe from minecraft.net and put that into the jars folder in mcp and also copy and paste the bin and resources folder from the .minecraft folder and also put those two in the jars folder as well but that came with no as well.
I need help with these things:
decompiling
mcp
etc.
I'm confused I am new to modding
(The tutorial doesn't have those things)
Thanks for all your support, this must be super hard dealing with other peoples problems
@DarkWizard3412
As of 1.6.4 you'll need to go into your versions folder and copy out the version of minecraft that you want into "jars"
@dawgman12213
Lol, yeah, thanks for realizing that
I'm going to record a video today on the entire process of decompiling, placing the mod, recompiling, and installing the mod and put it out on YouTube.
@Lai1999
I'm not sure how far I will go with that. I've always wanted to have custom mobs, but there isn't a great, easy way to have them in the program. I have a few ideas that I want to experiment with though.
Thanks for the suggestion!

i went on and tried registering but when i completed the process the page went plank except for the background and the header image, same with trying to login, any suggestions?
@crazygamer2255
That's a weird problem. Try registering again in a different web browser (IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc...) and see what happens. Also, check your E-mail to see if it registered.
If you have the issue please tell me exactly what you used for your username.
And im going to be safe and say if you would send me one user-suicidecreepers
McModGen should be entirely MAC friendly
@dawgman12213
Great! Glad you're in!
Yep, I have built it entirely from scratch
@Suicidecreeper99
It should've been sent immedietly. Check your spambox

Walk me through exactly what you did and I might could help.
@creeperfan_2000s
I think that video should be pretty good for you anyways. The process is nearly the exact same.
Let me know if it works. I'll try to find something else in the meantime.

so now I am stuck with nothing to turn to.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with it.
Did you check your spambox?
Hey,
Sorry it didn't send right. If you let me know your username that you registered with I can manually activate your account.
Sorry about the troubles
@creeperfan_2000s
Sorry I didn't get this done when I wanted. I'll definitely have time for it later today though.

I could put something clever here... but i decided not to...

Yep, just have to upload it.
