umm... as far as i can tell, industrialcraft not working is not my fault because you didnt install Flans modloaderMp and industrialcraft needs it, please refer to the original industrialcraft thread if you need more info on what industrialcraft requires
i tried installing industrialcraft with my tool and it works, here's a screenshot
The point is however, that I have removed Industrialcraft out of the mod management section!
have you click on the "Apply Changes" button after you deleted industrialcraft from the list?
EDIT: I seem to have some problems using this tool in combination with the zipline mod. Any of you guys have this problem too?
again, this is actually not my fault, because industrialcraft and zepplin mod are incompatible due to blockid error (you could, however change the blockid of industrialcraft, please refer to the industrialcraft thread for more info)
EDIT: actually, this is embarrassing, even if you dont have industrialcraft, zepplin wont work because of a bug in my program but it is now fixed, sorry for the inconvenience but please download and apply the hotfix from my downloads section then add zepplin mod again.
blockid 195 is used by both industrialcraft and zepplin mod, here's the error report saying it

for me, there is no tool folder.
no idea what you mean...
it would be great if you could make it so that it auto updates mods
i originally made it so that it auto updates and is stand alone for version 1.2, but it ends up visual basic doesnt like dropbox and setting the freaking timeout is hard as hell, maybe i will look into it in the future
an idea i had is that if you made a certain database for people to upload their mods
it is not really hard getting an online database running, i could of course pay to get the server and domain stuff but you gotta understand if i get this program popular, the database might be hacked and hackers will steal your passwords
also, i try very hard to prevent the tool from getting too dependent on the internet, because i dont want to make this tool fail when i cant maintain it (great example: TFC's mod manager)
There must a diretory whered you put the contents of the dowloaded .zip
if you meant the place where my tool stores the mod data, it is at MineMod Omni Tool\Mods
Thanks for this Mod Manager. Its a lot easier in my opinion to do it this way then continually going into the bin folder to add mods. Much appreciated bro. And the ability to disable/enable mods on a wim are even better. 5/5 for me.

I love Minecraft. I love Minecraft. Did I mention I love Minecraft?
hmm weird.....
if you meant zepplin (flying ballons) mod, im pretty sure it works, here's a screenshot
if you mean the zipline (string physics bridge) mod, im pretty sure it works too... here's a screenshot...
and i am also pretty sure the enabling and disabling feature works...here's a screenshot
PS: actually i am grateful that you are asking for instructions, after all, that means someone is actually using my tool, so continue being bossy:)
and you also found some bugs along the way for me to release 1.2F
i think you may want to reinstall everything and try again...
hmmmm....
i think i know why...because you were not using a clean install of minecraft on first run or you installed other mods manually...
because the crash report said you have other mods as well...
what i would do is
1. backup my minecraft saves and texturepacks
2. delete .minecraft
3. delete minemod omni tool
4. reinstall .minecraft
5. reinstall minemod omni tool
6. run minemod omni tool
7. reinstall the mods
because it appears you already had mods in the .minecraft before using minemod omni tool
What does the file tree look like for Mod Packages? Maybe I could start making some for the most essential of mods (SPC, TMI, and such.)

If you'd like to help me out, I think the best thing you could do is check out my YouTube channel, even more than voting up my reputation, though that'd be nice too.
I keep getting the error mhen i try to add in a new mod.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

the next release will contain a package maker, currently there should be no packages yet
added dropbox link, one of them should work
you can make them but you cant post them on the forums because it is "illegal" to do so, read the forum rules...
Err
Mono Project
BTW, sorry from off-topic, I'm from HK too :smile.gif:
there are two possible reasons for that error:
1. someone blocked .bat execution
2. you download was "corrupted" (i totally hope it's this one)
to solve the issue
delete your copy of minemod omni-tool completely then download and extract a new version of the MineMod Omni-Tool
MineMod Omni-Tool V1.2F - SugarSync
MineMod Omni-Tool V1.2F - Dropbox
if that doesnt work then it means someone blocked command prompt and/or batch script execution from your account
And i have full administrater rights for my computer account
(other batch executions work fine)
will dl, thks
i originally want to create a fallout 3/nv mod manager clone and hence the similarities
umm did you move the folders and files?
and err could you check and see if this file exist?
C:\Users\Nick\Desktop\Omni-Tool\library\xcopy.bat
and this as well...
C:\Users\Nick\Desktop\Omni-Tool\template\properties.txt
this will not be an easy fix i guess, working on it right now
maybe try adding mods with it again and see if it works?
please if anyone else got the same error as nick248 please comment so that i know it's a huge issue
