What do I do once its downloaded and on WinRar?
Im not so great with this kind of stuff, can someone help?
BTW: I'm not just asking the author for help, if ANYONE has the time, I'd love an explanation of what to do so I can play with the generator as soon as possible.
And if it helps in a way, I'm downloading the desert generator.

Drag it to any folder.
Then double click on the exe.
Choose your options.
Let it generate.
There will be a folder in the same directory as the generator.
Drag that folder to your saves.
You saves are located at %appdata%\.minecraft\saves
Then play it on minecraft.
I saw that on the first page of the forums you had said you can't make map generators infinite yet Risugaumi was able to. Don't mean compare or anything but i'm just saying.
Hey Guys(and girls), in case you were wondering where I've been...
I am working on a mod that make minecraft generate infinitely with my map generators. :biggrin.gif:
It will take a while, but hey! It's infinite, and it works for all computer/os's, and will be less confusing and glitchy... etc.
eet doesn't work for me i go into the exe and i choose the name of it then for the next bit it doesn't respond and it closes itself i tried this a couple of times and still, it didn't work?
works fine for me, but question, whats better? well im using finite liquid and invasion mod.. so.. under water dome would be super super hard cause the whole base would flood LOLOL....
should I just use underwaater dome and replaceeverything water with finite liquid in mcedit?
or make a flatgrassmapand simply turn most of it into a deep water of finite liquid with mcedit?
This is an awesome program. I'm using MCTerra to generate a golden tunnels map and to be honest, I'm so disappointed with the speed of the whole thing. I know the map is quite large. 1024 x 1024 (chunks) wide and long. Iv'e had it running for about 10 hours now with slow progress. I hope you continue yours and make it a lot better then MCTerra. Keep up the good work, - Tomato
P.S. Maybe think of a Golden Tunnels generator. They're pretty siick.
With the mod version of the generators, could you perhaps add an option when creating a new world which generator to choose in the "More World Options" screen?
So you could choose between normal, Flatlands, Vast desert etc...

Whats the problem?
Edit:nvm, already answered on next page.
