There is not currently any way to have user generated rooms. I have plans to do some sort of Angband vault-like features, but I'm not there yet.
If you have ideas for new room types, traps, features, floors, etc I'd certainly consider them. Several people have submitted ideas through the issue tracker that I ended up implementing.

The files on the links from the wiki are not infected. I've verified this via multiple up to date virus and malware scanners. I can only think if two possibilities for you:
A. Your software is giving you a false positive. Try something else. Malware Bytes has a free version you can try.
B. It was infected after you downloaded it.
This is the ONLY official source for MCDungeon files because it is on a server I control and trust. Do not download them from anywhere else. I do not use adfly or any other download hosting service for this very reason. Those services are crawling with malware and links to trojaned web sites.
SpiderLair using cave spiders? Those little buggers are damn annoying! Their size makes it easier for them to ambush players, especially if the ceiling is a bit uneven. Poison is an interesting addition to the game for something like a dungeon crawl.
You should add an option to Halls for one that mimics the "Abandoned Mineshaft" hallways. Keeps it in the "Minecraft theme" and if you are not using Hard mode, would be cool to have a mineshaft join with a McDungeon and not be glaringly obvious.
I just d/l 0.6.0 and will have to take it for a spin.
Thanks for adding the option to use the stone brick types! I wanted to use the stone bricks as a material for the dungeon, but they'd all just be the regular stone bricks and I wanted it to seem like a tougher version of a stronghold.
Also, a suggestion: When bosses come out, could you maybe have them at the end of these dungeons? It probably wouldn't be too hard unless they spawn when certain items are used. So could you do that when they come out? I would really appreciate it if you did.

"Science isn't a matter of WHY, it's a matter of WHY NOT? WHY is so much of our science dangerous? Why don't you marry safe science if you love it so much? In fact, why don't you invent a special safety door that won't slam you in the butt on your way out? BECAUSE YOU ARE FIRED!" -Cave Johnson
New block types Nether Bricks, Nether Stairs, and Nether Fence, as I am sure you are aware. Apparently Nether Brick and its products do not burn like netherrack does (at least not yet), but are a nice dark red for creepy rooms :smile.gif:
Now that the refactoring is apparently done, they are adding new mobs at a very rapid pace. The new flying, flame launching Blaze could be an interesting (sometime) substitution for skeletons on balconies (or maybe the Pit treasure room?) Not sure if they can set stuff other than players on fire or not, which would be entertaining in a pit room with wooden bridges if they do! >:biggrin.gif:
this is really pro coded :ohmy.gif:
update to 1.9? :3
It should work on 1.9. The current version adds stuff in the chests and rooms only found in 1.8, and since 1.9 features all that stuff as well, this should work.

Thanks for the report, but I cannot verify this with any malware/virus tool I've tried and no one else has reported this. At this point I can only assume you're getting a false positive.
Also, I cannot seem to locate any "TR/Agent.dxx1" reference on the Avira web site. Did you give me the full name? I do see several false positive reports listed for TR/Agent.D.
Okay. But you're running an old version. Your scanner is giving you a false positive best anyone here can tell. False positives are also dangerous and call into question the reliability of the scanner you are using. Reading up on it, it seems that AntiVir is notorious for false positives. There are other better options, you should consider switching.

Egg apparently with 1.8 and on you can now hook into the worldgen classes for constructions (chasms, npc villages, etc.) You might be able to port this via mod-loader and generate all this at run time now rather then offline. Advantage: Genning the structures via that code will ensure you are not overwriting other genned structures and be seed based. When used in combination with Land Generator tool for servers your dungeons should get nicely distributed over the land, even the nether. Perhaps you and beetle could team up and one of you shift your mod (or pair up) and generate an worldgen version of your dungeon generators. Drool....
That is a lot more work than it sounds. I'd also have to redesign all of the placement algorithms such that they could run real time within the game and not lag horribly. As an external tool I have all the time in the world to be detailed about how things are generated and placed.
Besides. Java.
Also Modloader is SP only. If I were to do this (and I'm not), it would be a craftbukkit plugin.

I've got Python (for Mac, 10.7), and the MCDungeon 0.6.0.. but running the MCDungeon is just escaping me.
Any help would be amazing! Thanks.
