hi i have a quick question i have leopard (just normal leopard) and i know that inside job wont work on my mac but i was wondering does annyoneknow if the guy who made this program plans to make inside job available for leopard 10.5.8 ? i would apriciate if somebody could tell me if there is another program that could to the same thing with out using a host program. or if he is planning to make it for leopard.

Don't know about him but mine would run on Leo (and Tiger) but it's still unfinished. I'll look into that after I got the next version of my backup solution out. With a little luck you can use Xiilis tool before that :smile.gif:

^ Ah, well that explains why nothing spawns in the pitch black :tongue.gif: I suppose I'll just have to edit in my gunpowder and string rather than getting a real mob farm. I would make a bacon farm but I have two large chests full of cooked bacon =/
..*swears*
I just checked my version; 10.5.8!
2 versions away from being compatible. REALLY?
Well, anyways, can you please make something compatible with my version? I'd use my Windows laptop, but a nasty virus got it and I'm half-way through on my five-day purge.
Unfortunately, I was a fool and closed out of a tutorial video before using the program. Surely I can figure it out, I thought. Next thing I know, I accidentally saved over and deleted my main world. Many hours spent digging and building in that one...
Oh well. Once I figured out the software it works great! I had an awesome seed I was waiting to use until I could figure out how to edit my inventory. Lots of enormous mountains and vertical cliffs reaching above the coulds. No way was I going to mine enough to effectively contruct my mountain top city connected with a network of bridges, this should help!
Also, it is way too fun setting up elaborate systems of hundreds of TNTs and setting them off at once.
It's not cheating if you're having fun! I say it's your world so make your own rules. I personally love this program for when I'm working on my rail and circuitry projects and/or doing Minecraft Science. It's like running a research lab with a budget of INFINITY. Besides, if you get bored of building ridiculous stuff or want the extra challenge, just delete your inventory and stop using the program.
p.s. I'd like to give a huge thanks to preble to making this program for us mac users. It's definitely added another level of enjoyment to my game when I just want to build stuff.
Yeah I guess. It's just some of the items in this game, like the minecart tracks and such, require so many rare minerals I never crafted them normally. So this way I get to play around with some of the more advanced items without putting in the crazy amounts of time required to gather all the minerals. Like, there was a time when I would try using a bow and arrow to hunt creepers for gun powder. But it never worked - and now I can get hundreds of TNTs in a couple minutes! Way cool.
Still pissed I lost my main world though. Man I had a nice place going.
there are tons of inventory editors if your on PC. INVGrid is a better mac option because it works on 10.5.8. Its a native inventory editor that came out a few weeks before this.
also wrong section.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack

Except none of have PCs. Which is why we're excited for a Mac inventory editor. And this editor is much better than INVGrid.
I have An Idea make it so you can choose the location of a file to open like under world>open or make it so it shows worlds up to 10 because i have the mod that allows me to have 10 worlds and i cant edit 6- 10 so if it was possible to do this then it would be of great help :biggrin.gif: and remove those faulty doors and mobspawners apart from that amazing program
you can not currently run it on leopard 10.5.8

this
It doesn't. At least for me.
Only gripe I have about it is how long it takes to load a save, otherwise it's fantastic!
