All right, this is the final time I'll try to make a post on here about a problem and I'm already mad enough that my problem was completely ignored. I posted that each time I downloaded MCEdit from github it would say it's not compatible with this type of mac and then some replied asking what type of OS I had and I answered with OS X 10.6.7 and waited and waited and got no response.
So could I get some help this time? Please?!?!
This doesnt work for OS X Mountain Lion. It requires X11, but Apple doesnt make it anymore. XQuartz is the equivalent of X11, but MCEdit does not recognize that. Any Help?

Make sure you downloaded the right file, use another web browser, or update to lion/ mountain lion

If you can't, don't post the damn km-long thing.
It is REALLY annoying for everybody.
Just spent a bit tinkering and finding all the dependancies as 64-bit. I've uploaded my 0.1.2 Win32 build from the other day as well as a 0.1.2 Win64 build to github now.
These are built from TK's 0.1.2 files, so they probably won't work on Intel GPUs. However, they do have the Minecraft 1.3.1 blocks from the updated pymclevel.
Indeed. Mcedit 64-bit last night was the first time I've actually pushed this machine past 50% memory in use, and actually managed to get it up to 76%. 16Gigs
Call me an idiot if you must, but I've always thought of 64-bits just having twice as many bits that could go wrong.
Yes, you just missed that 32/64 bits is exponencial - 32 bits means 2^32 memory addresses (>4 Billion), while 64 bits is 2^64, which is vastly bigger (higher than 18 'quintillons' - equivalent to the square of the previous 4 billion number). Not a good explanation, but the point is that 64 bits isn't 2x32 bits, but 2^32.

thank you for updating this for us. Been waiting for an update for quite some time now and the original developer hasn't updated this. Makes me wonder if the original developer's ever going to update this at all.
