as of, at least, 3 days ago the pymclevel library does indeed support the new blocks

i loading a pre-existing world thinking "oh herp hope dis werkz". I copied a few blocks and pasted them, now my world refuses to load. Also i noticed this thing only shows vanilla blocks...

According to the post (3 above yours) by FnordianLoop the new blocks are included in the code. But, yes, it is a case of patiently waiting for me until the Windows version is released and then I can see for myself if they are included. If they aren't then it's not a big deal, just a few more bright pink blocks to contend with and the new blocks aren't something I'd need to use in MCEdit either. But that's me.

I've sent this to TK, and I don't know if there's other reasons he might be waiting on releasing the win32 build, such as bugs I'm not aware of. But in the meantime, this should work for everyone. Let me know if you get any dependancy issues and I'll try to resolve. I used it yesterday to make a large number of edits to a creative flat 1.3.1 Anvil world. The new blocks are there from the updated pymclevel.

It has the same memory leak issues as 0.1.1 so if you get a crash due to out of memory, that's not an issue with the 0.1.2 build and I cannot help.

All right, this is the final time I'll try to make a post on here about a problem and I'm already mad enough that my problem was completely ignored. I posted that each time I downloaded MCEdit from github it would say it's not compatible with this type of mac and then some replied asking what type of OS I had and I answered with OS X 10.6.7 and waited and waited and got no response.
So could I get some help this time? Please?!?!

This doesnt work for OS X Mountain Lion. It requires X11, but Apple doesnt make it anymore. XQuartz is the equivalent of X11, but MCEdit does not recognize that. Any Help?

Make sure you downloaded the right file, use another web browser, or update to lion/ mountain lion

Sure it does. I'm using Win7 Pro 64-bit with no issues.

How do you install?

This keeps on crashing! I can load the world and move around fine, but when i click brush tool it crashes.

i get an error when it launches just saying "McEdit Error". I am using a Mac 10.5.8, MInecraft 1.3.1

When i chaeck consol i see that:
