Before I say what this mod I hope has in store im going to say why i need help. I have soo many big ideas for this mod but one tiny major problem. Idk how to code. Ive look at youtube videos but none were for 1.12.2. Can someone please help me mod like send me a good youtube modding tutorial or something.
What I hope this mod will become: Its will similar to Orespawn and Ars Magica 2. A ton of boss fights and magic spells. You start out with an empty orb and you can fill it with essence like fire water earth or air. You get it by combining things found in biomes. Like vines and dirt for earth, sand and flint and steel for fire, and other stuff. There will be aufensive and defensive spells. For example for aufensive, elemental bolt, Bound whip, Bound bow, storm. and the ord you choose will give the spell better attacks. The fire one will light enemies on fire with a hit from a weapon. Earth will poison yada yada yada. Before the first actual boss in the different biomes there is a temple that spawns commonly. you right click the alter in the middle to summon the mini boss for that biome. The boss will drop items to make armor and other helpful things for that element you first chose. The first boss is at a temple at coordinates 0 0. You attack the crystal found with any spell and it will open a temporary portal that the Zargano General comes out of. He is from the realm Carcerem(Latin for Prison). His master is Zargan hick is the final boss after a long long time. Thats is all im saying for now but I have soooooo many more ideas for spells, Bosses, Dimentions, Dungeons, Weaponry, tools, and so much more! Ps there will hopefully be things for builders
