RIP. I was looking forward to trying it out but it's understandable that you can't continue it considering just how much Mojang have changed the Minecraft code. I do think that they're planning to keep the code similar from 1.13 onwards, though, considering all the focus on cross-platform compatibility with Bedrock edition. I can't know for sure, though.

I think your mod idea is awesome. And I suggest that you include a block to store logs like the TerraFirmaCraft did. It's awesome. And I would love have this mod in 1.7.10, because this is the best version of Minecraft. There are no substitutes to some mods, please, don't give up 1.7.10 version
I have a folder with all the textured I modified using Kitsus ForgeCraft textures. I asked the owner for permission.
