Here are some dog breeds,when taming a wolf in a specific biome for example in European biomes you will get a german shepherd because its a european dog breed,in chinese biomes you will get pugs when taming a wolf because pugs originated from China more dog breeds are coming

Nice, but I think that this thing of the wolf turn to dog is strange...
The wolf doesn't totally change its appearance, it only has a collar and the eyes look cutest... And the ocelots don't change the model, only the texture.
And, in that case, Minecraft didn't care to the logic at all... I don't know if you will care to the logic or not.
