The mod would have to chronologically play somewhen long after Eragon and the dragons are now wild again and have spread all over the world.
Due to the actual end of the Minecraft World it is even possible that this mod makes you play on the same planet. Considering that the plate of the planet you would move on is 10x as big as our earth that would mean that Alagaësia is but a very small patch of land on a giant planet.
But with you being fed up with coding...

I ... got into the beginning of coding myself. Making a simple calculation takes muuuuuuuch longer than I had thought.
