Heavy Inventories is a mod that aims to give a more realistic feel to Minecraft by adding a configurable weight to the items and blocks in the game. Item and block weight is measured in stone (for Minecraft consistency and not the actual weight measurement "stone").

Versions for 1.11.2+ have faced a complete rewrite! Please let me know what you think!

Features

Installation

• Backup your world!
• Delete any old versions of the HeavyInventories .jar files from your ".minecraft/mods" folder.
• Install Minecraft Forge
• Download and drop the HeavyInventories .jar file into your ".minecraft/mods" folder.

TO-DO:

• Custom item weights not registering correctly.
• Custom survival GUI to incorporate the weight HUD.
• Position the weight HUD with the config or by in-game.
• Add a threshold for each weight with configuration.

Legal Information

You may include this mod in your modpack without permission as long as it is not being sold or creating any form of revenue.

This mod was compiled with Java 1.8 which IS REQUIRED to play.
