Rules:
The war will officially start when there are more than 7 pairs of servants and masters. When it starts, a notification will be sent to every master. Only a pair of Master (The Player who summoned a servant) and servant can remains (It's typically a last-man-standing game). When that happens, The Holy Grail will appear in front of you. (So far I have only 1 idea what it does, but it's also a good trophy.)
After summoning a servant at the cost of your level, you will lose 1 level every Minecraft day as the magic power to sustain the servant. If you don't have enough, the servant dies. If you die, the servant is set free from your control and will disappear after 1 Minecraft day. However, if you command your servant to kill other players, masters, or mobs, the experience orbs the kill dropped will be picked up by your servant and if enough (For 1 level), you don't have to lose 1 level to sustain your servant for the next day.
Each player (Or more than 7 of them) has to craft a Summoning Altar and place it down as a block. To activate the Summoning Ritual, the player has to right-click the altar (A GUI will pop up) and press "Start Ritual". 5 levels will be deducted from the Summoner and the ritual will not be available if he/she does not have enough levels.
Servant Summoning Catalyst
Catalyst is an item/artifact that has ties to a certain Servant. Catalysts come in different types:
Medallion
-Comes in all 7 classes (Saber Medallion, Archer Medallion, etc)
-Only drops from Artifact Block
-Increases the chance of getting the Servant class of the Medallion used
-Place on the Catalyst Table when summoning
-Will not be consumed after used for summoning
-Tooltip will specify the chance of getting the class Servant in Inventory
-Can be upgraded with resources. Upgrades increase the chance of summoning the class Servant. Upgrades are lost after Summoning
-Stacks with Medallions of the same class, up to 16
Rare Artifact
-Only drops from Artifact Block
-Tool-tip will specify which country the Rare Artifact came from
-Increases the chance of getting Servants from the country if used when summoning
-Does not stack
Artifact Block
-Found underground like ores
-Has same rarity as Emerald ore
-Drops a Medallion or Rare Artifact when mined
Note: Summoning with or without catalyst is totally optional.
The Catalyst needs to be placed on a Catalyst Table. If you want to use a Catalyst for your Summon, you need to place the Catalyst Table near the altar (2 blocks distance). It has maximum 2 inventory space, which can only be placed with medallions or Rare Artifacts.
The Servant:
Servants will have different abilities, depending on their class. The servant you summoned is under your control. You can order the servant to Stay where he/she is, follow you, attack specific unit or stop attacking. When a Servant owned by a different player is nearby, they will attack each other unless you command them to stop or use the Seal of Command (This will be explained later) to command them to be friends (XD). The servants will protect you if you are under attack. They have their own magic energy (Prana) inside them and when they activate skills, prana will be consumed. You can consume your own level to refill their prana.
Command Seal:
To command a servant forcefully or instantly teleport him/her to you if you left him at home, you will need this. When you summon a servant, this will appear in your inventory. It only has 3 uses unless other master gave it to you. If you lost this, you'll lose control of your servant. Also, you can use this to gain control of other player's servant if the player died or lost his seal. However, for every servant you control you will lose 1 level per Minecraft day (If you control 2 servants, then 2 levels per day). If your servant died but you still have the seal, you can make a contract with another servant who has lost his master.
Currently Available Servant list:
Arthuria Pendragon, Diarmuid, Gilgamesh, Lancelot, and a Chicken.
I'm planning to make Iskander, Hassan, Gilles, Medea, Emiya, Cuhhulain, and Heracles.
Note: Flemmli is currently busy on programming their animations.
Planned Contents:
If possible, in the future we might add Servant Bond, which is the relationship between you and your Servant. It is affected by the way you treat them and their personality. If the relationship between you and your Servant is good, it is less likely for you to use a Command Seal to make him/her obey you. Also, Servant Personality. Some are Heroic, some are Sadistic, and some are Stubborn. This will greatly affect your interaction with him/her.

Are you going to add the parameters system as well to allow us to know roughly how strong the servant is compared to. Like can a B rank in Strength instant kill the Mobzilla for example.
You should add like custom classes outside of the 7 as bonuses so it will be more interesting. And i don't mean like Ruler or Shielder, i mean your own types. and your own skills like Heracles gains less Strength in Rome due to his name being Hercules there.
Biomes that just tells countries name like Rome, Romania, Europe and etc which causes their strength to increase depending on where they stand like King Arthur is strongest in Britain but decent at other places due to her Legend being renowned. Countries not related to the Servant at all provide no bonus
How come you using the experience levels to summon them? Why not create a mana bar that can be used for your own attacks and to substain the Servant.
The Catalyst maybe spawned looking differently each time like a sword or a piece of armor. The tool tip can say it seems to be an [Type] artifact belonging to [Class name] and on rare occurence says certain Servant names. Each Catalyst can be separated a couple of types like Perfect which has high chance to spawn that class, shard that has low chance, Symbolic is 100% summon and damaged is 50% of summoning.
Maybe certain Structures contain the Rare Artifact or Artifact Block like maybe a Stonehenge where it is in the centre or hidden within a temple filled with traps and guards.
Command Seals can not only be used to teleport the Servant, they can also be used to increase their strength forcefully, not died temporally and etc.
So the Skills will be like at random? Or you command them? Or both?
I like the Servant Bond idea. You should add in Mad which causes almost zero control and may even kill the Master.
Maybe you should add like a Book that allows you to record all Servant Names and a lot more books that tells the weakness of a particular Servant. The Recording Book will record the current Servant and causes majority of the content to be hidden at the start. Like name, noble phantasm and etc. Only the Picture of the Servant is known. As the Servant Bond increases, all those hidden content gets slowly revealed allowing access to skills, their strengths, weaknesses and lastly noble phantasm. The Weakness Books are just facts of history of 1 Servant at random which will require the Master to read and find the weaknesses of the Servant. Upon doing so, not only will you know what specially damages a certain Servant, while that Servant is in a certain radius around your Servant, they will take more damage as your Servant knows where are his weak points

Anyway, I don't really hope to put in too much stuffs yet as there is only one coder and it will be a great burden to throw all those on him. If things go exactly as planned, some of the stuffs you mentioned might be implemented.

Or use Meduds's Pegasus to go around the world? Or even Francis's Giant ass Boat? Can we like influence them to use skills like the Servant may use that skill if the Master wants it but it is fully on the AI.
Ok maybe in the future? Cos i can imagine people in Servers maybe just tossing Explosives Gem like no tomorrow or spawning 1 thousand Caliburns and just tossing it on the floor. Well Steve been in the Ars Magica, Thaumcraft and Witchery mod for so long already, he got to have some skills in magic right.

Maybe you can add Servants from like other anime like Kirito is Saber, Hollow Ichigo as Berserker, Ichigo as Saber. Suggestions for Custom classes like Brawler that uses fist and body.
Noble Phantasm usage depends on it's type. For example, if it's single (Anti-Personnel) target, the Master may choose the target. If it's Anti-Fortress type, the Master may choose the the coordinate or direction of the NP launch.
And actually I don't really want players to misuse the abilities...
And there will definitely be cooldown for the skills and NP usage.
There will be no Servant of same identity in the world. Example, there will not be 2 Arthuria Pendragon's. If a player had already summoned her, no other players can summon the same Servant.
Steve may be able to use Mystic Codes in the future, but not magic. Plus, mana bar and system is a bit too much.
As for dimension... That's the Moon Cell, and it's in a computer. In case you didn't notice, Steve is already in one.
As for custom classes... I don't really fancy it that much. Special Servant might be okay, by using characters from other games or anime.

As long as the being has a brain and ear, it is possible for her to gain control of it.
