The Stuff Extension is a mod that is about adding new stuff to Minecraft. Currently it supports Minecraft 1.12.2.
What is there?
The stuff extension adds tons of new items to Minecraft. There are tons of new tools, armor sets, materials, blocks, and even new storage systems.
How do you get started?
The idea of The Stuff Extension is not to be too complicated. It basically adds a more in depth, overworld-based endgame to Minecraft. It adds new ores that require diamond tools to mine as well as alloys that allow you to get tools that are much more efficient and stronger than vanilla Minecraft. To get started you should play Minecraft as you normally do, but notice that there are now much more ores that can be found. Also I recommend playing with Just Enough Items so you can see the recipes for the items.
The Alloy Update:
The next update that is coming out is focusing on the alloy system. The alloy system uses the alloy furnace to create new metals. The idea of the alloy furnace is to put two metals in and see what comes out. An example would be to put in one copper ingot and one tin ingot. The alloy furnace would then output 2 bronze ingots. Most of the more complex, more important materials can be created through the alloy furnance. If two items are put in that do not make an alloy the alloy furnace will output unusable material (which can be used to make toslotrium). There currently is no list of all the alloys, but the github page of the class that adds the recipes is available (and can be found here.).
Future Content:
A full release build for Minecraft 1.12 is almost done so don't expect much more than is currently in the mod for the next release.Done
After that there will probably be more alloys introduced as well as a potential alloy furnace.Part of the next major update (alpha builds are available)
There might also be a new dimesion as well as some new mobs.
(All of this is subject to change)
Also I am working on making a discord where questions can be asked and answered about the mod.
Downloads:
All downloads are through minecraft.curseforge.com, if you find it somewhere else it is probably redistributed and not supported, in any way, by me.
