Is it a known problem with AcademyCraft itself where abilities cut out randomly as you try to use them? For instance, I'll put up the light shield under the Meltdowner tree and it randomly just turns off. I'm not overloading, running out of energy or letting go of the button, it just cuts out. Seems to happen with any skill, at any time, for no known reason. Using version 1.0.0pr3_1 on a server with lots of other mods. I don't know if it's a cross-mod issue or something.
Also the Ability Developer machines flood the client's console with null-pointer exceptions as long as it's placed in the world, though it doesn't crash the game. Not sure why.

1. Yeah it's pretty hard to nail down and is probably some low-level code issues. We have rewritten the base handling code of skills and is slowly migrating to the new API, which will hopefully solve the problem.
2. Cofirmed bug and will get fixed in next version.
I have a question though, would it be possible to implement some sort of volume control for the music player? It is a bit to loud for me by default but I love this feature.
It is already implemented in next release, along with the ability to customize media >)
Found a bug. I'm updating this mod in my regrowth pack because the version included still spawns ores, in 1.03 you have added a flag in the config to disable ore spawning on world gen. The flag is B:genOres, but if i set it to false and start a new server, the config file is overwritten during server startup, and the ores then spawn.

Use the skill with mineral/stone blocks equipped, and hold and release.
Will not upgrade to newer MC version until MC have made their codebase better :-) It's super tiring just moving things to a new API without achieving anything.

Within a few weeks I suppose. There are still bunches of polish to make, and we want to make sure the release is stable enough to not crash a server.
