Almost any Vanilla item and/or block have the chance to drop as a loot from the blocks. If you want I could make a list.

I received a clover with the title "Lucky is who Lucky gets 5910" and it has fortune I. Is this something that I need to keep on my toolbar? Can you please tell me more about it?
