In v5 when I tame a dog, the naming screen pops up like it should but when I click 'done' it crashes. When I get back in my world the dog is tamed but when I try putting a collar on it crashes and when I get back on the world it doesn't show the collar.
hi, I managed to add Copious dogs mod to the /mods folder. It didn't have any error when I load minecraft but it would'nt appear/show in the game. Is anybody having the same problem?
I am using a Mac and recent version of minecraft.
I have Frozencraft mod, doggy talent mod and others. They all appeared in the game except for Copious dogs.
Ok, I have just installed V5, and was looking at the spawn eggs and there is one that is just named Spawn and it spawns a beagle, even though there's a different egg that also spawns a beagle.
Is this a bug or could it be caused by another one of my mods?

Stacyplays had the same issue. Give them more biscuits until their tail wags, not until you name them.
So I had the weird spawn egg thing happen to, and the only other glitch I found was that all of the dogs are EXTREMELY fast. so if you fixed those then this mod would be Perfect! Keep up the great work and I will LOVE this mod always

Have you tried taming them in creative mode and checking their energy levels (with the analyzer)? Some of them are just really energetic.
Otherwise I have not had that issue (I believe I'm using an outdated version though... I can't update my Forge past 10.2.1231 and 95% of mods require latest version, plus internet on my PC has been nearly nonexistent xD I'm posting via my tablet)

Next, lets talk crashes. While even looking at a dog while holding the dog biscuit - CRASH. Without any other mods or config files, I was able to feed the first biscuit to a doberman (doberman was the entity rendered in the crash reported to me on the modpack discussion page). Giving it the second biscuit was just CRASH.
I have 4 daughters. My youngest, Grace, just loves Stacy and so to make it easier for her and my other girls to play together, I created a modpack on the technic launcher. While being one of the only stacyplays-like modpacks that doesn't crash immediately, the modpack has become pretty popular and I feel rather responsible for finding the solution here.
The version is 1.6.4 and I have updated to copious dogs T.
Yes, I have other mods - but have also tested this by itself completely (i.e. without configuration files).

I've also got a really nice dogcraft pack using mc 1.7.10 (Gracie's Dogcraft MC 1.7.10) with other mods like NEI and also Rudo's shaders are working. I had a real issue getting them to work with the other pack though...
Mainly I just add whatever mods Grace (my daughter) wants - assuming I get them working of course.

Can't find any log or crash report. I still can play with the other added mods except for copious dog mod.

English (US). The egg that just comes up as "spawn" is a dark grey/blue with lighter spots. Isn't there a pitbull in V5?
