Well you can get dna for kg and elements but if it is your village then just go rouge by training with orochmaru
Well you can still make a perfect character, you just can't get all of the MS abilities at once. Seriously, check out page 123 of the forum to see how it works, it's a pretty important thing to know if you want a perfect character. It's obvious why you can't choose the clan you're from and all that, otherwise everyone would be an Uchiha from the beginning 'cause everyone would want to be OP. You have to go with the hand you're dealt, that's the entire philosophy the mod wants to go by. Like Rock Lee and Gaara, hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard.

btw are hidden teq in the mod, like do u need to finds scrolls to learn new jutsu that are only learnt threw scrolls like how naruto learned kage bunshin ?
It's pretty cool! It's based on your actions, if you find Orochimaru and go through his training, your rank becomes "Missing Nin" and village becomes The village hidden in the sound, if you get to a certain level and get one of the legendary swords you become one of the seven ninja swordsmen of the mist, it's cool!
Also, if you're not born in the Uchiha keep in mind that you can only transplant a basic Sharingan which you can then upgrade into a Mangekyou Sharingan, then EMS, then Rinnegan. So you can't just jump straight to Rinnegan or anything like that. It will also get more chakra consuming than if you were born in the Uchiha clan.
