the idea would be that you can recruit characters by defeating them, getting an item that has a certain percent chance to spawn them as a recruited mob, but they will be as strong as when you fight them,
so for example, the new itachi boss battle I'm working on has 10.000 hp, uses tsukuyomi, amaterasu, great fireball jutsu, phoenix flower jutsu, kage shuriken jutsu, bats illusion and regular fireball jutsu
but when his hp drops below 2.000, he'll use susano'o to heighten his defenses, but not only that, he'll also stop using certain jutsu and start using other ones to complement his susano'o powers.
now, because itachi is going to be one of the main bosses, recruiting him will be really hard, you'll probably have like a 1% chance to recruit him
where as characters like choji will have around 20%
now, I'm also thinking to give everyone a limit of 3 recruits active at the same time
to kinda give the feeling of a real ninja squad,
and at the same time make sure people don't start running around with 700 recruits to beat and lagg out pretty much the entire server

Well, that's the kind of server I've dreamed of, and part of why I decided to finish this mod the way I am doing right now
At the moment, everything you mentioned will just be very rare, but when the server time arrives, we could work together to achieve this goal ^^

l'idea delle abilità è molto bella, peccato che alcune siano molto difficili da applicare (come quella di madara). Il genjutsu ha lo stesso problema. Per i biomi, non sarebbe una brutta idea
