Looking for coders/modellers/texturers who have experience with minecraft mods and Techne
- Currently I'm trying to put together a dev team for this mod. I'm not always able to work on the mod due to a constant
flood of school work. I apologise for not having an update ready, I've just been to busy.
Old News: The First Beta build is complete!
Unfortunately the structures didn't make it into the beta but they will be in the full release.
Known issues:
Breaking the WCKD Chest crashes the game
Mobs don't have animations (still need to work that out)
Flame Launcher Fires the same as Transvice (errors in the code need to be sorted before it shoots fireballs)
Does this look like a good base design for the beetle blades? For the moment I will use this to make the model, but make any suggestions you like. I'll probably change the legs slightly
So it's got 12 legs.
Well the only thing i can work off is from how the books describe them, so I had to look for something i could model against. It won't look much like the image except probably the legs.
I love the idea. Im gonna be straight forward and simply say I have absolutely 0 experience with modding, so I doubt I could help much. I could probably make textures or just give out suggestions haha. Anyway good luck, I hope you can make it happen, and if you need anything let me know.
Well I've almost finished the griever textures, just have to do the tail and legs. I wasn't able to work on it much in the last couple of weeks because of IRL stuff.
I'll proably need to make more male textures.
The maze won't make it into the first release as it will take AGES to code for something as big as the maze im working with.

Also, I have a few suggestions:
1: Maybe find a way to code the WICKED headquarters with NPC members
2: Make the berg to be able to fly around
3: Develop a way to catch the flare and on top of that, add The Bliss medication with perhaps some potion effects like nausea
4: Add a random chance that you are immune to the flare
5: Somehow make Steve (Or Thomas :P) spawn in the box or maze
6: Add the flat trans biome with NPC cities
7: When you find a way out maybe teleport into a home with food and beds
8: Add ratman and give you the next challenge
9: Add the 2nd maze with group B
