Does the mod support added biomes form other mods, like magical forest form thaumcraft?
Does the mod add ores from other mods automatically, such as shards from thaumcraft, tin and copper form every industrial mod ever, and nether based ores like cobalt and ardite form tinkers?
Does the mod spawn normal dungeons, or mod added dungeons such as from betetr dungeons?
Or, does the mod add basic mod supprot to all mods in general?
no response form the modmaker i see, or ANYONE for that matter... and its been over a week, i decided to download and try the mod myself. Only to find it DESTROYED my minecraft. comepltely.
first i spawned in an infiniate void that i couldnt do anythng in, at all. No land, no items, nothing, just eternal empyness. When i tried to lcose the game IT NEARLY CRASHED MY COMPUTER. attmpting to clsoe the minecraft game AFTER loading up a world with this mod installed actually sucked up ALL my RAM, ALL OF IT. EVERY BYTE. then lagged it out and eventually the gaem crashed, thank god.
so i removed soem mods and tried again, only to have it spawn a small island with a huge hole in the middle, and then suck up all my ram again, and crash, again.
but i figured id give the mod one more try...
spanwed the entire island this time... but only ONE island. and then took all my ram and crashed... YET AGAIN.
mod is trash, its bad and the maker shoudl feel bad.
First, the standard rule: Logs or it did not happen.
Second: the mod cannot destroy your computer or minecraft. At worst, it can ruin one game, and then you remove it.
Third: It cannot take more RAM than you've given it (well, some cavets on that, but it's basically true -- you specify how much heap it can use, and it can't use more than that.)
Fourth: Removing mods can remove blocks; forge should give you warnings if that happens. If you do that, then sure, you can have your ground blocks changed into air and fall into the void.
So far, nothing you've described sounds worse than "Pebkac". So if you want help, show us something that we can work with.
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?

Question: Is this mod dead? I loved this mod back when Risugami (I think that was his name) maintained it, and I was really happy to see someone else picked it back up. I hope to see it updated to 1.8 (maybe) and 1.9 at some point. However, if this mod is no longer being maintained, please let me know.

Does anyone know how I would go about spawning Themal Expansion ores in ore spheres? They have metadata attached to them, Tin for example is ThermalFoundation:Ore:1. When I put that in the config, it gets turned into air.

Could you add some sugar canes and and lake floors of clay in default (biospheres) world generation?
I've traveled hundreds of spheres in newly-generated biosphere world, but I have found only 24 clay blocks and no sugar canes.
For use of cheat-disabled survival mode, they should be generated properly with default options.
I'd pointed out this problem when Risugami was in charge of this mod, but he'd never look into it any once.
With the new option, we can manually add clay "ore veins" but not sugar canes(will uproot automatically).
Either way, it's doesn't make sense to be with extremely rare clay and sugar canes by default.
Risugami has chosen ignoring the problem for good. I hope you aren't the same.
