DarkTech is a mod that I created for utilities I need in my modded survival.
The mod functions in a wireless manner, energy is transferred through conduits, which converts the raw power provided by generators into a useful form that can be used by machines. In order to transfer energy to machines, a Energy Distributor must be made, it drains off nearby conduits and infuses nearby "consumers" with power, the Energy Distributor has its own internal buffer, for later use.
The energy comes into the form of Dark Energy(DE) and can perform many seemingly magical things, many not in your grasp currently.
Mostly empty list of functional machines that DarkTech adds, keep in mind that I will not add furnaces or any ore doubler for two reasons: It's a cliche, GUIs are a pain, if you want a powered furnace, look at the heater below.
Solar Panel: Currently the only form of energy generation, it produces 0.125 Dark Energy per second, not so efficient :P.
It does not function when its night, raining or storming or has a block above it.
Energy Conduit: Gathers energy in an 8 x 8 x 8 area and stores it in its buffer, its maximum energy is 2.
Energy Distributor: Previously known as the Network Controller, it gathers energy from Conduits and distributes it to machines in a 30 x 30 x 30 area. It stores a maximum of 1000 Dark Energy.
Heater: Exactly what it says in the tin, it heats up objects in contact with it an example of this is its ability to heat up furnaces to not require fuel, it is also efficient and does not keep trying to heat up a furnace all the time, it only does so when the furnace is cold(cannot smelt items).

On a different note, we have pr-1.0.3 released.
-The Energy conduit can no longer drain power in a 8x8x8 area, you now need direct contact, Network Distributors can still collect from a distance however.
-Energy conduits can now transfer energy when next to each other, power is evenly distributed between conduits.
-Removed various calculations in the laser effect and lowered the amount of stuff rendered.
-Removed the constant updating that all three machines have to hopefully increase performance.
-API: Added IEnergyAcceptor and IEnergyEmitter, for machines with un-connectable sides and for distinguishment.
-API: Removed IBlockAnalyzer interface, may be added later.
Ninja Update pr-184.108.40.206:
-Network Distributor no longer sends out energy when powered by redstone, as suggested by erdferdf. -Conduits no longer collect energy when powered, visibly shown as it cuts the laser effects to the conduits/generators
-Powered Heaters don't function if powered, but still collects energy.
1.1.1 has been pulled out in favor for 1.2.0, which will turn the Energy Distributor into a multiblock machine, with several tiers that increases it ranges and possibly have different mechanics in each tier. This is currently in my to-do list, if you think that there is a neat thing you want to see added, post it here below and I'll read it.
