I'm currently working on getting a place to stay near my placement/internship location. Once that's all done, I should be able to deticate most of my spare time to Minecraft again. I wonder how long a 1.9 forge will take because that update looks sick!

Eh... What do you mean by buggy build? It is pretty stable, compared to the last one, actually. The Lizard no longer cause lag and suddenly become invisible.

I have some ideas for the Ore Golem, only one per cave, the spanwer may be there, but is only activated when the player is near, as the Twilight Lich, in the Twilight Forest Mod, maybe faster and three times his actual size, he throws rocks and ores to you, and when he dies explodes, transforming the surrounding area in ores.

And I'll throw in a mob idea of my own. A hostile mob that spawns in deep caves, and tries to lure players by dropping very valuable items (valuable items can be determined via the config). Once the player is distracted with the item, it will seize the player, sometimes even in groups. Perhaps the mob could look like some kind of spindly arthropod (think japanese spider crabs) or even a deformed humanoid with more than four limbs. As for what they should be called, maybe Spindly Greedlings?
Seriously though guys, lay off the suggestions. Between the two threads, there's something like 600 mobs if he actually does them all. This forum has a suggestions section, and I'm sure that davey'd be browsing that if he needed ideas. Put your stuff there.
Not saying I wouldn't absolutely love to have witches and more for 1.7.10 though, although the loot in that one was always completely rediculas (Usually found about 10 diamonds per mob kill)
at this point primitive mobs is very well polished and honestly, i hope davey fixes up the small critical things remaining (memory leak could be bad long term) and then gets atmosmobs updated instead of continuing to expand primitive mobs further, i love both mods.

I'm not sure if this has been asked yet, but are there any plans to make the mod for 1.8?
I have a few ideas.

And I'll throw in a mob idea of my own. A hostile mob that spawns in deep caves, and tries to lure players by dropping very valuable items (valuable items can be determined via the config). Once the player is distracted with the item, it will seize the player, sometimes even in groups. Perhaps the mob could look like some kind of spindly arthropod (think japanese spider crabs) or even a deformed humanoid with more than four limbs. As for what they should be called, maybe Spindly Greedlings?

Seriously though guys, lay off the suggestions. Between the two threads, there's something like 600 mobs if he actually does them all. This forum has a suggestions section, and I'm sure that davey'd be browsing that if he needed ideas. Put your stuff there.
Not saying I wouldn't absolutely love to have witches and more for 1.7.10 though, although the loot in that one was always completely rediculas (Usually found about 10 diamonds per mob kill)

at this point primitive mobs is very well polished and honestly, i hope davey fixes up the small critical things remaining (memory leak could be bad long term) and then gets atmosmobs updated instead of continuing to expand primitive mobs further, i love both mods.
