Cheaper is subjective there, enchanting took only a infinitively available ressouce, exp, while reforging implies a material cost, iron, steel, gems and possibly other things, thus technically being more expensive.

Maybe. I'm not adding this yet, this is for a later update. I'm currently focusing on getting temperature, hydration, energy, and maybe weight added, as well as the first iteration of the metal smithing update done. In addition I'm also lowering the rock generation amount so that it's less of an eyesore, and I'll be trying to fix the world generation bug, as well as the chest visual problem.
