In Automagy-1.7.10-0.27 there is a bug that causes iron ingots nuggets have 4 metallum instead of one. Also if you have a bugtracker you surely hid it well.

I don't think Automagy causes this, I experienced this before updating. I also made a ModTweaker script to fix the aspects.
Is there some kind of telekensis focus I haven't unlocked yet? If not, the Miser's Pearl is just begging to be turned into one.
Well, Thaumic Tinkerer adds a Telekinesis Focus. Personally I like just having the pearl, it seems faster to throw it than use a focus. Although the focus does have much larger range...

I'm not a huge fan of TT, so anything that lets me not use TT is a plus. Also, a wand focus would mean I could put it in a focus pouch, and it'd take up one less inventory space.

Out of curiosity, why don't you like using TT? Personally, I no longer use it as much as I once did, simply because it hasn't been updated in so long. Most of the content in TT now feels slightly "stale" for lack of a better word.
The Shadowbeam focus will always be one of my favorites, though. When I use it in a small room, it feels more like I'm unleashing a quick swarm of darkness to kill everything nearby. In fact, I plan on renaming the next Shadowbeam focus I make to something a bit more fitting to this, such as Wand Focus: Shadowswarm or maybe Wand Focus: Black Manteau.

You pretty much answered your own question.
Also, certain items and mechanics, like Osmotic Enchanting, just don't seem balanced in Thaumcraft 4, and those features seem like they were kept around just for the sake of having them. I might be less grumpy if the TT enchantments could be infusion enchanted.
The main flaw in TT is how poorly KAMI now scales compared to Eldritch content. Sure, it's good stuff. But is it worth making it compared to vanilla TC?
Relevant to Automagy, the Crafting Focus seems to share some sort of type or class with two other foci: Animation (Thaumic Horizons) and Wrench (Thaumic Energistics). This means that if two or three of these foci are present in the inventory at once, only one will be selectable at a time. I have no idea why.
The same happens with Excavation and TH's Disintegration, but that is considered an upgrade to Excavation, of sorts.

Hey! Loving Automagy, however I am running into an issue with golems crafting using the workbench. They fill up on whatever they are crafting, leaving no space for their crafting materials. Although I saw this as just a quirk of golemic autocrafting, it really has thrown huge wrenches into my system and been very annoying. Would it be possible to add an Order upgrade for the bench that will allow us to specify a number of each thing to be crafted? I would be very grateful if I could say "craft paper, but never more than 64". It would save me so many golems. I had to stop letting them auto output to the next golem and instead have golems draw from their inventory to keep a stock in the next one. That however only solves the problem of having too many crafting materials. Thanks for the mod regardless c:

Yes, you understand correctly, however there is no way to disable them crafting after a certain point. Tally boxes would let me see if they have a certain number of items in them, then I could give them the resources needed to reach the max, however I would much rather use golems and a simple upgrade could fix this.

But a golem fetter for every golem? Making books requires about 5 crafting tables, and unless I could specify "redstone signal #1 = disable golem #1". then I would need 5 individual fetters, and that's just for one autocrafting setup. :c

Two words: Golem Inhibitor.
Also in what way does making books require five tables? One for paper, and the other for books. Use alchemy to make leather from rotten flesh, and there you go.
Awesome mod I really like the fact that you added a storage system to thaumcraft that still fits in the theme of the original mod.
I have included this mod in my modpack One Last Chance. Here is the link Modpack Overview.
Just had to mention this mod is amazing and I still don't know what to do with half of it, but that's what makes it great.

Golem Fetter.
Possibly the one time I could see the Fetter being practical for any known automation.
