In the name of peace, moderation, and decency- WIPE THEM ALL OUT!
Could you make the Essentia Locus have a GUi too like the Inventarium?? WAILA messes up my screen with more than 48 aspects.
I think that's a Waila addon, not Waila itself, doing that. In the short term, at least, I could try making a Waila provider that overrides whatever's doing that (if I can reproduce the issue), and in the shorter term, you could use the key to toggle off Waila when looking at it.
"Fill" Golem refuses to pull thaumcraft iron nuggets from a golem's workbench inventory when the crafting grid in it has occupied slots (with thaumcraft iron nuggets) works normally when i clear the crafting grid.
The workbench doesn't allow items in the recipe to be extracted. This prevents crafting golems (which are really "empty" golems) from taking ingredients out when those ingredients are the same as the thing it's crafting (for those recipes where you can get more of a thing by using the thing plus some other ingredients). What are you trying to do?
Is there a way to have the golems workbench work with a generic recipe, such as crafting storage blocks? Or does it require a workbench for every type of block (one for iron, one for gold, one for diamond, etc.)

Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.
Edit: ahh no i don't want to pull items from recipe, just from the storage, i suggest just looking at the picture get a much better picture.
...
1) Catalyst (fill core) Golem keeps thaumatorium filled with nuggets from golem's workbench.
2) Thaumatorium gives out more nuggets to workbench.
Right, I know what you're trying to do, but like I said, the workbench doesn't allow automation to pull out any item from its storage that is also a part of the crafting recipe. If it did and the recipe was one that made more of X using X (and whatever else), then the crafting golem would pull X out immediately, meaning nothing would be crafted.
I suppose I could change this so that it will allow anything to be pulled out from one side (say, the bottom) and require that crafting golems not be attached on that side. (You could still have the golem beneath the block if you really wanted to, even though it was attached to another side. Just push the golem around until it's where you want it.)
In any case, might I suggest another solution for keeping the catalyst item in the Thaumatorium? Use a hungry maw attached to where the new items are spat out. (Or use a finical maw with an appropriate filter if you don't like how the normal hungry maw will keep a full stack of the catalyst in there.)
Oooh and is it possible to change the redstone output side of the tally box now? it is kinda inflexible in that it only outputs in a straight line from north to south, but i want north to east xD it would be cool if using a wand on the tally box changes the output side, would allow more compact and more beautiful contraptions.
Not at the moment, though this is something I might change in the future.

Just a heads up, you can't use the bottom of the alchemical construct to supply the catalyst as vanilla thaumcraft has this hardcoded as the side for input into the fuel slot at the bottom.
@Tuhljin
I think I found a bug with the thirsty tank and the syphoning glyph. Steps to reproduce:
place a thirsty tank down
put syphoning glyph on top side
place dark tank from EvilCraft (ver. 0.8.6) on top of thirsty tank
Thirsty tank does not fill dark tank
I'm not sure if it is because evilcraft uses a unique tank mechanic or if it is something on your side of things.
On another note I found a great use of the thirsty tank. Place an everful urn down put thirsty tank on top of urn with appropriate glyph. Place syphoning glyph on top of thirsty tank then place the arcane spa on top of the thirsty tank. This is a great way to keep the arcane spa supplied with water in a 1 wide configuration.
Just wanted to relate a cool discovery I made. The hungry maw is redstone controllable if it is attached to an item grate. When the grate is closed, the maw will not suck in items. Since the item grate can be opened or closed based on a redstone signal, this makes the hungry maw redstone controllable.
I have been working on a way to do multiple tome of acquisition stations, but the limiting factor right now is that magic mirrors can only be linked in pairs. What I really need is a magic mirror system that works on the master-slave model. 1 master mirror that can have multiple slave mirrors so that I can put a slave mirror at each drop off/taskmaster location. Any possibilities you could develop this form of altered mirror Tuhljin or should I Azanor for this feature?
To do multiple requisition stations all you need to do is have the delivery mirror drop items into a horizontal water stream which goes over item grates, under each grate have a mirror linked to a delivery location where you have your tome. To select which delivery point use a Signum Entia linked to your player in the floor directly in front of the tome, use some Mercurial Redcrystal to send the signal to where you have the water stream and use a torch to invert that signal going into the item grate, the result is that the grate linked to the location the player is standing at is the ONLY open grate, so items HAVE to fall into that one, sure your items will have a bit of delay before shoving up, but that's not too bad a price for multiple stations.
Sorry I don't have any pictures to make this clearer.
I thought about putting the hungry maw on the thaumatorium but won't the thaumatorium get full with catalysts eventually? happens all the time when i use a fill golem to supply the thaumatorium with catalysts: when the thaumatorium is full it won't accept more catalysts.
When that is the case the catalyst will drop on the ground (or do they stay in the hungry maw?... i need to test this) but if you suggest it imma try it out, workbench isn't working for this atm so i'll just use it as a dedicated auto crafting block (which is awesome btw, thanks for awesome mod tho i'm just getting into it)
Here is something for you to try Tsuko. Place a hungry maw on side of thaumatorium. In the block space under the hungry maw place a hopper. The hopper will pick up any items that are not placed into the thaumatorium. Directly behind the hungry maw that is on the thaumatorium place a magic mirror. Link 2nd mirror to be placed later. (I have my second mirror under an item grate in my storage room so that I can drop catalysts in as I need them) In the blockspace below the front of the thaumitorium place a hopper to pick up ejected products from thaumitorium. Place a magic mirror, the one linked previously) in a vertical position directly across from the second block of the 3 block thaumitorium structure at the point where it ejects items. Place a finnacial maw on the mirror with a white list of items you want it to take. The idea is that the thaumitorium will eject items at the mirror, but if the item is not in the whitelist, it will drop to the hopper below to be collected. Not sure if I explained this well, but will try to build a prototype for you soon.
That's not a BUD, it can be used instead of one in some cases. But it isn't one.
What do you want to use this BUD for? If it is the growth of mana beans or crops, you can specify that in the interface. The only reason I can think of that would not work, is for a vanilla furnace or bed.
I just started using the hungry hand mirror, its so friggin good!!! also have 5(soon 6) essentia mirrors for my infusions for the first time, works so guud too i'm really getting somewhere, right now i think the problem is mass production & automation but for that i just need to make some stations dedicated to certain tasks like: these constructs and these golems create iron ingots, these over here create copper ingots and lastly those over there create tin ingots they will have a shared treefarm or dedicated ones if needed, creating all these resources for me forever, but they will most likely over produce and i need a good overflow or redstone system.
Just to let you know, having multiple essentia mirrors does not speed up the infusion altar. The altar uses only one of them. If the other essentia mirrors are so you can pump essentia to locations that are not your infusion altar, then by all means, go for it.
By oblivion jars, do you mean the ones from Thaumic exploration or the void jars that are a part of vanilla thaumcraft?
There are a couple of things to check to try to figure out what is going on.
If you are using oblivion jars from Thaumic exploration, they are designed so that you only have 1 in your system. They have the lowest suction and will accept all types of essentia and destroy it. Basically, this jar was designed as a garbage can for when a golem or filter system can't find another jar to put the essentia into. If you are using oblivion jars, swap out for void jars.
If the above is not the case, but you are using void jars from regular thaumcraft, then you need to figure out if the essentia locus can actually see the location you are trying to fill essentia into. Try swapping out the jar in question with a regular warded jar with label. Fill it manually with some essentia and check if the locus registers the essentia you just added. If the locus does not see the essentia you just added, then there is a couple of things to check. Is there a crystalline eye pointed at that location or one of the jars in the row? Do you have enough crystaline eyes to cover the amount of jars you are trying to read. (Jars read = 12 + 8(crystaline eyes - 1)

Not sure if it's exactly what you're suggesting, but I hid a hint at an upcoming feature with mirrors a few posts back.
Edit: Apparently, I can't link to it because the forum software butchers internal links even if you manually edit the markup.

That's really clever!
Could you make a Thaumcrafty Block Update Detector?
Automagy literally already has this. Tally Box + tally box "yield" lens makes it emit redstone signal based on what mining the block would give you.
