So do you plan to update this mod to newer versions of Minecraft?
Updating to 1.8.9 is probably not worth it at this point as 1.9 might come out soon-ish and not many other mods are currently comptabile with 1.8 or 1.8.9.
But I recall Mojang promising better modability on newer versions of Minecraft.
I know it's probably too soon to tell, but if 1.9 does turn out populair for modding, would you consider porting Automagy?

msfan2, you have a good argumant with 1.9 being right around the corner
However I would dissagree because even if the forge team were to drop 1.8.X support the development of forge for 1.9 could take several months, granted most of the wait is on a MCP release before anything can be done
I would say that since azanor got the golems back in it may be worth the jump even if there would be a need to port it up yet again for 1.9 , I know you might be against unessecary updates but so what azanor does the same thing over and over for every minecraft update
From what I'e heard, upgrading from 1.7.10 to 1.8 is pretty awful.
I'm haven't been following Minecraft for a few months now, so I'm not sure how things are on 1.8.9.
Mojang claimed that they want to support modders more, so I imagine 1.9 will be relatively easy to mod for.
why are you bolding everything, and, to retort the thought, thats not really the case, 1.8 and 1.9 have really big code changes, its why we havent seen many mods updated for 1.8, let alone 1.8.9. while i dont know how big of a code jump 1.8.9 to 1.9 is going to be, i know atleast combat stuff is being changed, haven't actually been following the updates, we dont know how long its going to take forge to put out stable 1.9 versions once it's released, and as far as i know they are still putting out forge versions for the current build. on mojangs part, they have been saying that since the current mc launcher has been implemented, thats nothing new.

Please PM me with modpack requests. I'm sure I'll say yes, but I want to keep it organized that way. (Besides, this thread would be mostly modpack requests if everyone posted them here.)
Ways of sending items based on redstone signals and other tricks are quite clever, but from what I've seen, they're outside the grasp of most players and they tend to break down under certain circumstances (particularly multiplayer situations - and the same problem would happen in single player if I ever get around to adding automated requests). So while I love seeing such complicated contraptions, it still seemed necessary that an "official" way to do this existed.
If you're short on time and you already know the basics of which blocks are what, feel free to skip ahead to whatever video covers the part you need help with. The video descriptions of each give an idea of what to expect.
Is there any chance of the Inventarium supporting bookshelves from other mods (like Woodstuff and Natura)? I did ask this, but didn't get a response, so I'm just politely asking once more just in case; it would be really handy
I've put in all the Woodstuff bookshelves too and it's working great!
Though Woodstuff has the small inconvenience of having all its bookshelves as separate blocks (rather than just metadata); does the config support * as a wildcard character? It would be much simpler to be able to just put, for example, woodstuff:bookshelf_tile.* if that's possible; though this is hardly a huge thing!
Either way, thanks for the great stuff, and now to actually test out the new mirror!
Tuhljin, I apologize for asking this question again, but I would love to know; is there plans to port this for TC5? I would love to play a 1.8.9 pack, but Automagy keeps pulling me back to 1.7.10. It truly is the last mod I can't go without. Again, apologies for asking this question as I'm sure you've gotten this question many times but I haven't been able to find an answer.

Ah well thankies. I always feel awkward plugging my videos for some odd reason. On that note, I'm adding an update with the new mirror. It works most awesomely.
1. In my understand, output-mirror does not have to establish any link. Is that right? (though tome's gui said me to "No link" as if this is an error.)
2. Can't melding mirror be used as output mirror? or Do I have to use two mirrors for input and output?

Hello, Tuhljin.
Could I include your mod in my public modpack?
I make no money from this modpack.
Here is my modpack plan!

Automagy for Thaumcraft 5 and 4.2 - Automation, Logistics, and Other Toys
So nice looking!
Coming soon...
Automagy for Thaumcraft 5 and 4.2 - Automation, Logistics, and Other Toys
And just as I had figured out a way to do multi-destination requests with a mix of Automagy tools, too.
You can modify chickens so that, instead of laying eggs, they lay live bees. Dwarf Fortress: crimes against nature simulator.

I don't disagree.

The new version should be out in a few hours.
On another note, Walker, feel free to plug your new Inventarium tutorial videos. Heck, I'll do it for you:

Version 0.28 has been released.
Check the change log.

Ooh, excellent!
I've put in all the Woodstuff bookshelves too and it's working great!

well this new update gives me reason to dive into an old personal modpack of mine and play it some again

Hi Tuhljin, thank you for great update!
I encountered crash when trying new dispersing mirror.
I tried to set output-mirror in Requisition Tome's GUI by crystalline eye. This mirror is melding mirror and I also use this as input-mirror.
So I changed output-mirror to another ordinary magic mirror, then my delivery system worked well now.
Here is the crash log.

And just for clarification.
1. In my understand, output-mirror does not have to establish any link. Is that right? (though tome's gui said me to "No link" as if this is an error.)
2. Can't melding mirror be used as output mirror? or Do I have to use two mirrors for input and output?
