The mod was created when playing Minecraft with friends. Whenever we’d like a feature, that none of the mods we have in our pack would give us, I’d mod it up. Currently it only has a few blocks, but the upcoming features list is still growing.
Descriptions:
RF Meter Block
A block that helps manage the flow of Redstone Flux and measure it. Basically the Multimeter from TE in block form. It requires ComputerCraft to be useful as it has no GUI of its own. Its options are as follows:
get the average RF flow over 20 ticks
set RF amount limit (e.g. automatic cutoff after letting through, say, 10M RF )
set RF flow limit (like the +/- in Energy Cells, but automated)
Redstone Emitter
A block that gives off a vanilla redstone signal of a given strength. We use it mostly to control valves in PneumatiCraft, instead of long lines of redstone.
Energy Siphon
Basically, a sinkhole for RF, capable of accepting and voiding up to 10k RF/tick. It’s Creative only, pretty neat when testing Big Reactor layouts.
Quarry Fixer
When placed next to a BC Quarry and right-clicked, it removes all liquids(fluids) from the Quarry dig area and places stone in the walls. This helps prevent lag from liquids constantly updating in the quarried area.
NFC Card
A card that holds up to 1024 characters.
NFC Private Card
Like the one above, but can be registered to a player, by right-clicking it while holding it and crouching. Registration is one-time and cannot be changed for that particular card.
NFC Reader
An OpenComputers component, that can be right-clicked with an NFC Card. It then sends an event to the computer containing the data registered on the card.
NFC Card Programmer
A component used to write data to NFC Cards. After writing and sending the data to the component you right-click the Programmer with an NFC Card.

Awesome mod! I would love to see some sort of better RF Conduits that could transfer around 1 million RF/t as well as better energy cells that could hold like 1 billion RF and could input and output more power. Looking forward to the stuff you add!

I am sort of a helper (a "yellow rubber ducky") with this mod. One thing I'd llike to add to marcin212's post, is that we're HURTING for textures and/or maybe custom models (those NFC thingies are mine, whiped up in Paint.NET), If you'd like to contribute, feel free to do so.
I am planning to add a superconductor-like cable that, as a requirement for transpotring obscene amounts of electricity, would have to be cooled somehow.
That's probably a byproduct of the mod's development. We started off with CC on our server and that's where the mod started. It probably now has its dependencies a little skewed. But I'm sure marcin212 will iron things out soon
And here I ask once again - as you see, the battery uses modified Big Reactors textures. Since we don't want erogenousbeef to get mad at us for using them, if anyone of you guys has at least +1 graphics skills than us, please, feel free to contribute

I added super conductor. Max transfer from point to point is close to unlimited(limited by integer size) but it needs coolant to work.
