We've just released a small 0.4.2 update to be compatible with Forge for 1.7.10. There are unfortunately some changes between Forge 1.7.2 and 1.7.10 that are not fully compatible with each other, so EvilCraft 0.4.1 and lower is only compatible with 1.7.2 and EvilCraft 0.4.2 (and coming updates) is only compatible with 1.7.10.

In the config, I set excrement pile to false. ...However, that just got rid of the block itself, and not the feature. Now, because there's no excrement piles for them to poop out, they just poop stairs... Quite odd, really.

I have a problem with your mod, the enchantment id's are duplicated with another of my mods. I changed them in the config and it worked, however, I accidently deleted the config file and so now it crashes on startup. I would change the config but unfortunately because it crashes on startup it only creates a cut down version of the config. Please could someone either tell a 1.7.2 version that doesn't have the enchantments or duplicate ids or even better, could someone send me a copy of the full config file. Thankyou.

I've sent you my config file via PM. Like anything in this mod (block, item, biome), enchantment ID's can easily be changed from within the config file when there are conflicts. When EvilCraft is loaded after the other mod with conflicting ID, it will always tell you exactly which enchantment conflicted. When it's the other way around however, we can unfortunately don't do anything about that.
Can you send me the config as well? Every time I try to get it, it loads a small config with no enchantment, block, or item IDs.

i got a duplicate enchantment id error for unusing, so i changed the id of unusing to 105 in the configuration file but that doesnt seem to resolve the conflict. I am sorry for being so stupid about this, this is my first time trying to resolve id conflicts.

Hiya! I am really new to using mods.. and I absolutely love your mod. I have somewhat of a foolish question, maybe someone more experienced can help me.
How do you pick up the poo? Without a broom, I can't click on it. With the broom, I click on it and it breaks, leaving nothing behind.
I change the id of breaking into 0, but it crashed.
I deleted the id, but it just automatically turned up again.

but you said turn id into "0" will disabled enchantments. I'm confused.
Did you set the enchantment id to 0 (without the ") or to "0"? You're supposed to set it to 0 (so without the quotes).
If you set the enchantment id to 0, it knows it has to ignore that enchant - its not like it will register with id 0.
Also, deleting the entry from the config will not work as EvilCraft (like most mods) will automatically add missing config entries back into the config file when you start minecraft.

Should be inside the forge.cfg file, this fix is not needed anymore for Minecraft 1.7.
