it doesn't seem like the metallurgy part of this mod is working for me, i can get the item's from sieving sand but i can't combine 4 of the dusts or smelt them in a tinker's smeltery. they are useless to me right now and only take up space in me ae network.
i am running: Ex Aliquo 0.10.4 and
Metallurgy-1.6.4-3.3.3.1

Can you add in Extra Utility support? Like allow the Ender Lilies to come rarly from sifting endstone? Maybe get Unstable Nuggets from another means?
also a lack of a means it seems to get slimy dirt, or slime tree saplings from Tink Construct.
Ender Lily support would be nice, and I would love to get the slimy sapling legitimately. But the unstable nuggets, I say no. The point of ex nihilo/ex aliquo is not about ease of access. It is about accessibility. The point isn't to make it easier to get stuff, the point is to make it possible to get stuff. It's already possible to get unstable nugget/ingots. I don't see the point of adding an alternate method.
For Slime Saplings, I was trying to decide how to allow access to this, but giving access to them would partially, if not totally, invalidate the method of obtaining slime already in Ex Nihilo. That's why blue slime is obtainable by sieving Slimedirt. I will, however, add a compost for them just incase you get them some other way. For Ender Lilies, I see no problem with adding a way to get those, as Blaze Powder has an alternate to obtain that as well (through summoning a blaze or netherfort) and Enderlilies are painful to grow. And will be a semi-pain to get. Eximite and Meutoite will be less lonely.
My thought process for how to add something is thus: Does it make it easier to obtain something already obtainable? Nope. If the alternate is more difficult to obtain or takes longer, and the alternate doesn't make it easier to obtain the original method, then I'll consider it.

I would say perhaps make the slime sapling a very rare drop from sieving slimedirt. The thing about slime is, it's actually rather easy to get. If you're willing to spend the time and the blocks, then you can easily get tons of slimes spawned.
If you were doing it the ex nihilo way, you would get tired of getting slime that way quickly if you're looking for a sapling drop. So you would make a spawn platform to spawn slimes in and get lots more slime to get more dirt.
Basically, if you make it a reare drop of slime dirt, the player would have to spend a lot of slime to get one sapling. When they do get the sapling, they could automate slime production through a slime tree farm, or just grow some and leave them there untouched for the entire game just so you can say "I did that." You would have to get slime another way to get enough slime to find a slimy sapling. This seems to me more of a tech up than an overpowering alternate.

This is pretty much exactly what I was coming here to suggest: make it require a decent amount of slime up front so it's an upgrade rather than a bypass to the existing routes of getting slime. It also unlocks gelatinous slime, which is probably why people are asking.
For those who want to be super-complete, it might not hurt to then add a recipe to either the barrel or the crucible to create liquified slime. I was thinking either add gelatinous slime to water in a barrel, or to make it cost more, melt down a block of congealed blue slime in a crucible. Either way, this would allow those who might want a pet blue slime to somehow get one, and I think carries on the "don't make it easier to obtain something already obtainable" idea.
Got another update for all you... Aliquonians? Aliquonites? ... PEOPLE WHO USE THIS MOD! As always, link is Link Removed
Fixed the Hammered and Crooked Modifiers. You'll have to remake those tools though. Sorry
Extended the Thaumcraft wand tweaks. For those of you who have opted-in to this config setting, enjoy >:3
Fixed a crash with Golden Crooks
ExtraTiC Compatability for the Metallurgy Ores now works
Slime Sapling composting
Slight improvements internally
Made sure that MFR Rubber Tree composting was still fixed. It is
Quick thing that just occurred to me: The seared brick recipe in the micro-smeltery. Why does it exist? After all, if you have yourself a furnace, a hammer, a barrel and a cobble generator, you can easily make a normal smeltery anyway.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
If I'm rude to you, just tell me. Don't take it too personally. Well, unless you were being stupid. If you were, DO take it personally.
Well, mostly to give the tiny stones a use within the smelting stuff. It takes 72 to make a block, which is a decent sized smeltery to use just for making some extra bricks. Personally, I'd use that crucible recipe while my smeltery is busy doing it's thing
I put hammered/smashing on a pickaxe, and yet it still gives me the original block when breaking. This is in the Agrarian Skies mod pack. Is there a configuration for this somewhere? I looked, but couldn't find one.

never mind. I see it was a bug and is fixed in the latest version
Well, I´m creating a new Mod Called "More Custom Ores and Other Stuff" (too large) and I decided to do it compatible with Ex Nihilo, for the same reason like you, and Also I discovered this add-on and my mod adds some of the ores you use so...
1- Orichalcum is for something?
2- How did you registered Osmium Ore, ´cause mine can´t drop osmium chunks
3- Do you support Zinc Gravel, Sand and Dust?
4- For less errors...Could you add compatibility for my Mod?

1) It's a Metallurgy ore
2) For the hammer list? Osmium gravel/sand/dust was added by Ex Nihilo, but it was added the same way as everything else. Make sure you're using the right ID and meta
3) Yes, but it's currently only in the Metallurgy bridge. I'll be separating everything soon and checking for OreDict names for the Sieve lists
Found a pretty annoying bug... ExAquilo is generating broken ores, dusts, etc for Metallurgy metals that have been disabled in Metallurgy's config, meaning lots of useless ores for metals that shouldn't exist
i am running:
Ex Aliquo 0.10.4 and
Metallurgy-1.6.4-3.3.3.1
any help is appreciated.
You need ExtraTIC to melt them in a smeltery
