The thing about the WIP section is that it's based on the author's perception of versioning, not the community's. As such, this mod belongs here due to it being version 1.0+.
Anyways, adding it to the mod list now. Nevermind, the mod was created with MCreator. Such mods aren't permitted on the mod list. Most ModMaker softwares/mods have a site or a thread dedicated to mods created using such, and that's where they should be listed.
More Liquids will do just as the topic states: add more liquids to Minecraft!

Absolutely nothing. I haven't really done much to the mod yet besides add the water bucket, which needs fixing anyway.
