Most of the bugs you've mentioned we never knew about it, so I thank you for giving us this bug report. However, I don't think your performance issue was caused by our mod - never encountered anything like that before.
And we've got plans for plasma grenades, but they'll most likely be released in our more refined released.

Can you guys re-size some weapons? I remember the human smg being so big to the point where it went through my chest and sticked out my back,and i also remember the plasma rifle being so small to the point where it looked like a pistol.

Also,small question: I'm not requesting anything,i am just asking: Is it possible to make a warthog which one player can drive and the other use the gunner seat? Yeah,it is possible in Flan's so i thought ''Is that possible here?'' .
Yeah its possible. That's not coming anytime though, mainly because we don't have a warthog model ready yet. The 2 most likely candidates would be the Ghost and the Longsword, because we have the models and textures ready and they were in the mod at some point.
Though I don't know if they are going to be was by any means. That's really a question for Grunt

Alright people, I'm proud to announce that we will be releasing a beta on February 13th, 2015. This will be fully compatible with single player (survival) and multiplayer. I've been play testing in survival for the past few days making sure everything is balanced and the recipes are right.

I'm sorry **** happens, and I'm sorry I have more important problems to deal with in my life and I'm sorry I'm not emotionally stable because of this.... Anyways, I've had the download available on here. Furthermore we need more programmers.

EDIT: tested the new version. The derpyness problem is still present and the jackal's animations are glitched.

Anyway, here's my bug-testing report. I'm sure these are not all of them though.
Weapon Bugs
Holding 'z' on a non-scoped weapon (e.g. Assault Rifle and SMG), these weapons also disappear as if a scope was meant to come on
There is like a 'fizzing' effect when the scope is applied, and casts a seemingly closer semi-transparent thing of blocks and entities, really annoying when trying to kill some pigs :/
You can see the Frag Grenade through blocks
Halo 4 Battle Rifle doesn't render from a 3rd person view (unimplemented)
Block Bugs
The Forerunner Hardlight Emitter stops all redstone from be activated again. Redstone blocks, torches and light sensors don't activate redstone. The only way around the bug is to exit and reenter the world
Please note that I haven't included the items that have 'item.null.name' as bugs, because there is a file that controls this.
Those are the ones I found so far, luckily there's no game-crashing bugs coming out. And if you guys find any mods that are incompatible with ours (AKA won't work without crashing) then also add that to your bug report
Well, ATM only Grunt knows how to add armour. I've had a look at the code but I'm not exactly sure how it works. So we're gonna need another coder to help us out, because Grunt doesn't have enough time to be the only coder, and I don't know that much about Java.
So basically, I don't know.

Yes,actually,i think these are all the bugs/things that need improvement:
The M6D Magnum looks gigantic from third person. (needs improvement)
The M7 Submachinegun's model doesn't show in third person. (bug)
The Service rifles model doesn't show up in third person. (bug)
The M90 Shotgun loads up only 1 round,and after firing that round,it reloads again. (bug....?)
The Type 51 Carbine's model doesn't show up in third person. (bug)
It looks like there are some souveneirs in the assault rifle from when it's model was being made. Hummm....I can see a blue/red bar and another green bar on it's end in third person. (improvement)
The grenade is bugged as all nether,i can't even describe all the glitches i see when i use one. (BUG)
The M90 could use some resizing in third person. (improvement)
The Assault rifle could use some rezising in first person. (improvement)
The M739 Light machinegun could use some rezising in third person. (Improvement)
And i can't help but notice the friking animation problem. Sorry i keep pointing out this thing,but everytime i look at third person while holding a weapon it just looks bad/derpy.
1) The resizing improvement ones are actually really hard to fix (in my opinion). It turns out you have to move them again so it looks right. I'll try to get around to these soon, but I doubt I'll be able get it done very quickly :/
2) Not rendering in 3rd person. These are due to them lacking the code that displays it in first person. Unlike the First l-person views, these are a bit easier to fix. Still going to take a while.
3) Random piece outside of Assault Rifle. Now this is a bug. I'm not too sure about this, but I've got a feeling that for this specific piece the line responsible for rotating that modelpart is the reason for this. I'll fix this ASAP.
4) The Frag bugs. We need to know all the bugs associated with it, we know the rendering problem about it though.
5) The derpy gun holding animation. This is hard to fix. I myself have tried to develop a new model for the player that is compatible with player skins, however because the 'hat' texture is same size as the head. Same with the rest of the model. So for now we're stuck with it.
And onto some good news. The new planet minecraft thread is almost ready on a new profile dedicated entirely to the mod and it's sub-projects

We're not going to dedicated time and resources to make a 1.6.4 version because:
1) We've lost the source for the 1.6.2 version, meaning we'd have to recode everything, and
2) We've got a beta for 1.7.10, which most mods are updated to.
I might do a quick update for the 1.7.2 version to 1.7.10 though, because it's got more stuff in it then the Beta
