I think you should guys should focus on the weapons first,then work at mob models.
Really,the weapons are the main feature of this mod as of the current version,so you should focus on weapons first,update to 1.7.10 and then focus on mobs.

You told me that was happening because you guys left the weapon's holding animation as the normal bow animation,and how this was not meant to be in the mod and makes holding the guns look bad,my brain immediatly classifed the subject as a problem that needs to be solved.

No. It's a problem that wont be able to be fixed until we get an animator. Same reason as to why there are no mobs nor animations for reloading.
