Yeah, it's new-ish. Enderium tools can be bound to an inventory and TP anything you mine to that inventory. As for the new smeltery, that depends on what it is. If it's RF-powered, white. If it's magic-powered, white. If it's magically hype RF-powered, white. If it's EU-powered, I don't care enough to use it anyway, might as well use red.

just had a cool idea glass maker. take the enchanted wood from extra utilities and make it a modifier making the item enchant-able or giving it random enchants
Better use for magical wood, make it modifer the tier 2 tools to increase radius. So 8 magical wood would make the hammer go from 3x3 harvest to 4x4. 8 more would make it 5x5 (equal to thaumic tinker tools).
1) 349 mods would be where I'd start. Mother of Joe, that's a lot of overlap.
2) Current version of ExtraTiC (1.0.3) does not work properly with the new weaponry in the current Tinkers' (1.8.2a) - you may want to consider downgrading your TCon (and addon mods) or removing ExtraTic until the update is out. Whether this crash is directly related casting a new weapon, it's still a safe bet to cull future issues until the update is released.
You can at least tell us how much time it is gonna take untill you release this (A day, a week, a month...)? Please?
I'm gonna be a jerk and tell you T = (w^n*100P * Q)R + xQ, where T is the time remaining, w is the amount of time that has passed since the last release, n is the amount of new stuff added, P is the percentage of progress, Q is the amount of time this question has been asked so far, R is the amount of time between now and the original release date and x is some random amount of time added to the wait every time somebody asks. Aether II was something I was GOING to suggest, but I forgot the mod hasn't updated to 1.7 yet.
IC2 compatibility, just to allow tools to be powered with IC2 energy rather than flux. That's already a thing in regular Tinkers Construct.
And finally, Blaze rod tool rods. Would have an inherent fire aspect/flame ability when crafted, and could only be tool rods. I think it would be cool. Also already a thing, but it's only for arrows.

Timeless Modding is kinda dead but idk what to put here now
- Prismarine (which is added into 1.7.10 by Gany's Overworld). Not sure about the stats, probably somewhere around iron but maybe with a mining boost underwater? Like super-Aqua Affinity.
- Bamboo, from Biomes O Plenty or Growthcraft. Same stats as wood.
- Diamond. Yep, vanilla diamond. TConstruct added it as a modifier instead of a tool material, but now that you're adding ruby and sapphire and stuff, it makes sense for diamond to be one too.
- A new alloy I thought of, called yamatite (this would go under Fun Stuff). Alloy of ardite and molten wither skull. Does very high damage, low durability but repairs itself by killing things.
- Ender horn from Farlanders.
- RotaryCraft bedrock.
- From Special Mobs, three new modifiers: pain, poison, and gatling. See, Special Mobs adds these three things as new enchantments, which you only get from mob drops. Since tinker tools can't be enchanted, it would be cool if you could make them modifiers instead. Just make it so instead of enchanted tools, the mobs drop these three items (brute fang, toxic crystal, and gatling mechanism) which would be used as modifiers to give those effects.

this is actually pretty cool. so with extra utilities generators, we will effectively be able to power smelteries with solid fuel, instead of lava, even without real tech mods.
