There's no date for now, Wynd work on a other project in the same time as he work on this one. He does kinda a lot of tests to see what he can actually do, though.
Personally, I highly doubt we'll see this feature anytime soon for the ope ope no mi. And then, this is just my opinion, but I'd rather see a remake of some attacks than adding new ones for now ...
For server, I think it's the lack of update this year adding content (read new dfs attacks...), or even updates in general that made it that way... Soooo maybe a new one would open after a release ? I don't see Wynd working on 1.7.10 now given the 1.9 forge would come out more or less before the new year, though...
Well there IS one but... its not exactly what you'd look for in a one piece themed server :/
Its more for exploring the mod alongside other players, due to ALL fruits being available to the public.
If thats what your into then by all means go ahead and join, but don't expect it to be like One Block or All Blue.

Are you gonna add more devil fruits? Anyways here as som ideas:
Tremor/Gura: You can shape shift the biome maybe 50 blocks away around you making the mobs fall off holes, tilting it continuously for real life 10 seconds but cooldown is 1000 because its so Good.
Ope/Op: You can cut mobs body anyway you aim it making not move instead of damaging them.
Phoenix: You can fly, not take damage, if players damaged you using armament haki/ Busoshoku, you can heal your self.
Gomu/gum: Is there away to animate making your arms longer? and particles smoke when using gear second.
Make also the mobs like Captain smoker use his own devil fruits too like he can fly, white out d white snake. And the other devil fruit users too.
Gear second when running make jet Pistols & Jet gatling
Jet pistol was in the 1.6 versions so it should be added in V3, Gatling is somewhat new though, but it would be logical to think that it'll be added in V3.

So , my friends did a server to play (with friends) with the mod Mine Mine No mi. There some mods like (mam , mobends , roguelike) But whenever he use a move from a df , it dissapear.
Here's a Devil Fruit you should add: Brook's Revive-Revive Fruit, the Yomi Yomi no Mi. It lets you live more than once, but it has other abilities too. In Brook's case, it makes up for his missing organs. It took him a year to find his body so he decayed to a skeleton. The fruit makes it so he can still get hungry, still eat, even his bowel functions work (Gross I know, but still). It also gives him the added ability of being able to have his spirit leave his body for a time (whether there is a limit or not is unknown). He is invulnerable in this state, but he can't interact with anything physically. Also, his body is vulnerable. When a person is revived by the Revive-Revive Fruit, they have to actually find their bodies to be completely resurrected.

That's a great df! The mod creater might implement this fruit into the mod for the next update and it's very easy to put the abilities for this df into Minecraft.

Happens, it seems to just be a visual glitch though, since the "sword strength" buff seems to stay. Just wait for V3 for it to be fixed.

-Stats Reseting
-Devil fruit effect gone after going to another world, nether etc
and can you add a new devil fruit
