Well... I'm kinda disappointed. SInce trafalgar said the most I'll add what I found :
Ope ope no mi : counter shock doesn't work. Mes make crash (tried on cow).
Noro noro no mi : It's on your more or less every new projectiles, but they have the same look. The old circle looked better, though I think adding damage is a good thing. More for balance than anything else.
Gomu gomu no mi : this one is nice, but I don't get why you made gear disappear. And what is the point to add rocket, if it's just a underpowered pistol ? I think this one would be better for moving, or replaced by gear second (THIS is what make the gomu awesome, big jump and high speed, all of this without falling damage). Rafale is way better than the last one, anyway. Same goes for the whole gomu. And I think you should give the min cooldown for pistol: it's a fist, after all. And please, don't add the gear 4 before having a correct model...
Pika pika no mi : explosives projectiles are clearly underpowered. Explosion scale was better before. In fact, if it's not for the speed of yata no kagami, it was perfect.
Hie Hie no mi : the scale of Ice age isn't smaller ? Not sure... Anyway. There was many projectiles in partisan, and seeing how it was in the manga... well, the old look was better x'). Nice particles, though. For Ice ball... It would be better if it created the ice without touching a mob, but the new model is nice. Pheasant beack.. Should be waaaay bigger.
Mer mera no mi : Euh... It's the fire fruit, right ? Then... where is the fire ? All what I see is a bomu 2.0. Higan doesn't leave fire when touching the ground, and doesn't even BURN the target (wth ?). In this one,the very first thing to do would be improve the damage scale, and, ADD FIRE. Leaved after every attack, ofc. Then, all this particles thing we are asking you since no time ^^

I'm new to minecraft like i just bought it the other day on pc just for the fact that i wanted to play this mod with my friends and so i created my forge server and i added the mine mine no mi mod.jar into my server's mods folder and also into my minecraft mods folder and i got it to work for both single player and my forge server in multiplayer but then i wanted to add more mods to my server to make it harder and more interesting, so i quit game and just added all the .jar files for the new mods i wanted into both my mod folders but now i only get to use it on single player, like when i first start it in single player, i have the item that lets me chose between human, giant, or fisherman, i also see ships around the water and all the other mods work fine but when i start up my server in multiplayer, all the other mods that i added to my server besides the mine mine no mi mod work. but there's one thing that does work that's from the mine mine no mi mod, when i click F it shows my doriki and belly stats and stuff like that but i don't see anything else like i do in single player.
I'm sorry if this is a bother or if i'm not supposed to ask this here but i just wanted to play this mod online with some friends.

So you're sure you have your mods added in your mods folder , in the server's mods folder AND everyone else who wants to join also have those mods in their mods folder ? From what I know there is not real problem in the 0.2.4 when run on servers..

right click any Darkness block created by Black Hole and you'll get 10 shots to fire... as for the future nothing yet. maybe next week I'll give some more info

sorry but from 1.7.2 onwards we don't have IDs anymore..I mean..they're there.but are randomized every time you open minecraft :\ so..I can't really help.

Ok..so to put it simply..with the current system..no it's not hard to increase/decrease damage/explosion radius..it works like this
Let's take Hiken for example..when created it has some variables like how long the cooldown for item is..how far the projectile goes..damage, explosion radius, 3D model, colors, and a special field to allocate some attributes for further customization,,for example Hiken has in the attributes field "particles_vulcan" which gives those particles effects...this way it's more efficient and I can control every ability from only 1 class with just some attributes..everything else is handled by the system.(using the attributes that are currently in game)..now here's where the "set fire to the ground" part comes in..I haven't made such an attribute YET..it's not hard or something..it just takes time to make that attribute and make the system recognize it..so if we add let's say "setfire" attribute to Hiken it won't do anything now..because the system doesn't know what "setfire" is...it'll be done until next friday that's for sure

If you make "Room" into a sphere will we need to get rid of optifine?

Well, Wynd, you said that the next build would be a df update. So, which dfs do you plan to add, which attacks will be changed ? And about this gammaknife thing, will it be added or it's just for testing ?
I already knew that, I was just hoping that there was a way to get both working and be able to transform into Mihawk or Smoker
You can there's a command I don't remember what it is just type /help and look through all of the page it think it's like /morphtarget and all you have to do is look at the mob/character you want and type that command I usually turn into Kuma or luccci leopard form personally

You can there's a command I don't remember what it is just type /help and look through all of the page it think it's like /morphtarget and all you have to do is look at the mob/character you want and type that command I usually turn into Kuma or luccci leopard form personally
