Yeah..well..sorry for those who complain but I ain't got enough time to make a file for each item in this mod T.T the effort is not worth the result...
That model system is just horrible....I guess if you have a small mod (with a few items maybe none at all) it's very easy to update...not that different from 1.7..but when you have 100+ items...eeehhhh..

well it ain't THAT different...but really they want to focus more on resource packs than actual code logic..which is annoying for me (and probably others as well)..instead of having a nice line of code that decides which texture goes to which item (via name for example) ..you now have to add 1 json file for each item...each file containing dunno 20 lines ? maybe more ...I mean...why..eh it's a bit too late to argue about it...in my opinion it was a mistake ...but then again Microsoft made lots of mistakes recently so nothing new under the sun..
I still can't see how that would be better for even pack texturer... Maybe for newcomer. I could understand if this has a short line for each texture, even if it'd be a lot of extra work, but this ? That's just... pointless. Can understand your point, you've got bored enough with remaking this whole mod 3 time >_>
Also, you wanna start to work on when builds come out, or when there will be a fully stable one ?
Well 1.9 is certainly a change xD..every file had at least 1 error..most of them were old classes that were changed so it was easy to fix them..but oh gawd the new main/off hand thing...so many possibilities
I'd say from a error percentage point of view I have : 70% errors were fixed last night when forge came up (kudos to Eddy for announcing it) 20% were fixed but I'm not sure if they work since I wasn't able to test them yet..and 10% are still to be fixed
For developing I'll go with any version but we'll see for a release I'd like a stable build but if I finish what I wanted to finished for 0.3.0 I'll go with a dev build..

Hey, I've been using your mod since the 1.6.4 version and I'd like to continue doing it, because it's really awesome, if you could make an uptade for version 1.9 it would be great, solving the bugs, such as textures etc and maybe, re-adding some fruits that were erased on the version 1.7.10 and were at the 1.6.4 such as the blackbeard's fruit, or the barrier barrier fruit, or even marko's fruit, if you need help by saying what it's bugged or missing, just answer me, if I knew how to make mods I'd help you.
A 1.9 version will come out very soon..I worked on it a bit when it was in 1.8 but it was too weird for a release (very buggy and no textures)..but don't worry 1.9 will fix a lot of old bugs and hopefully will add more fruits via the new API

In other news...sadly I kinda misunderstood the new 1.9 features for json models...I still need 100 json files for 100 items (140 to be more exact..) but the good news is that I've made a system to automatically make my json files (hooray...) so now I only have to focus on fixing those 1.9 changes..

According to the EULA capes are not allowed (as far as I remember) however..I have my own small workarounds :3 would be nice to add those as well..adding the on the list
For Biseto..I would need a 3d json model..(or an .obj/.b3d model)...right now a complex json model is not even worth it..(and I won't pay 10$ for the Cubik Pro) I'll try to figure out a way to make .obj models..but it'll take some time..(also no 3D fruits for a while) so right now I cannot do it..but who knows..1.9 is still young xD
It's kind of funny to see a lot of people be like "WYND IS BACK FROM THE DEAD !" while he hadn't stopped any damn thing. xD
But beside that, come on guys, seriously, what's up with making suggestions here and here ? If you posted it once on the forum, I'm 100% positive that he won't remember it... Plus he has been remaking the mod a few time, and working on for a while now. You really think he has the mindset to add new things ? I think it's more like "yeah I can FINALLY release !".
Also, reporting bugs from the old version knowing he has a new one seems... a bit irrevelant ? Most of the bugs I've seen were... well, already reported. Before spamming Wynd again, I think it'd be better to... you know, wait for the release. Can't wait for it, though.
