Love your mod! I had seen several old showcases of this mod and now I'm just speechless! The animations were amazing! However, is it already SMP/LAN compatible?
Yah, there are no new features of my mod, hence why mine does not have a video on the main post.
What do you mean, SMP/LAN? I am not familiar with those acronyms.
As for everyone else reading this comment, I have been quite sick these last two weeks so I have not gotten too much done. My grades have been falling in school too.
What I have done is now I have a successful version of action animation actually in the modification rather than just in a test environment. Other than that, I have "artist's block" for modding and trying to get over it. I have some good friends helping me through all this emotionally.
This screenshot might give an idea of something I am playing around with:
There is still a lot of work to do on this before it is where I want it to be.
Might make this a Minor Boss mob (same tier as Necromancer Delphox).
The design is partly inspired by this http://fav.me/d2kgpu3 but also take a lot of inspiration from Rise of Legend's Cuotl faction, including being named after the Sun Idol unit. I was originally going to make this a Clay Army mob but decided against it. The crying feature is a tribute to the first corrupt Espeon in the mod, way back in Basic (Basic > Indev > Alpha): http://fav.me/d61h8lu and http://fav.me/d61xphj
Yah, you can see just how far the mod has come since the days of Basic.

Unfortunately I can't find help on making animated textures for my custom models so sorry to those who asked for that feature.
Beyond that, not a whole lot of exciting stuff has happened. Most of the coding lately has been re-balancing spawn areas and item drops. I finally figured out how to make mobs drop "dyes" like Lapis Lazuli and tree saplings of various types. Some of my mob drops may seem odd, but they are to make finding things easier. However, I try to be careful to leave it easier to get materials by actually visiting the places the materials naturally occur (quartz in the nether for example)
The next update will also feature a new "hard mode" where tougher mobs spawn during full moons.
Those mobs so far:
Clay Shinx
Clay Luxio
Cujo Furfrou
Cujo Furfrou is still a very work-in-progress but the two Clay Figures are pretty much done.
Now I am sure someone will rightfully ask why I ended up not working on Sun Idol Espeon. Well, I am trying out that new Minecraft mod, Tabula for modeling and seeing what it can do. I am new to the ".addChild()" function and I am still learning its limitations. Once I have that down better, I'll migrate the Sun Idol Espeon model to Tabula and work the .addChild() feature into a few parts. .addChild() is lousy at doing a few things my code does with spacial rotations, so it will never fully replace what I have spent years developing.
Tabula is cool, definitely a step up from Techne but I am disappoint it lacks several basic things, like exporting the model parts in the order it was arranged to Java. I have to take quite a bit of time to arrange the code to be what Techne would have done. That way I can counters (number++) and arrays to organize parts.
Oh wells, nothing is perfect. But I certainly like having an Undo command now.
..............this mod doesn't have legendary pokemon, rigth??
Right now there are no legendary Pokemon. In the future, eventually.
There will be two tiers of bosses: minor and major. I want to add a minor boss in the next update, Sun Idol Espeon seen here:
That one is on hold right now because I am learning some very important things with animating on another mob. I want this minor boss to be about as complex as a Mutant Creatures mob.
The other for sure planned minor boss is Necromancer Delphox, seen in Minecraft here:
This one is reserved for a very special update which is a tribute to one of my favorite YouTubers.
As for major bosses, only two are absolutely planned without a doubt:
Demon Lord Ninetales, a reference to Ninetails in Okami. A very old, primitive model is shown here (it needs to be rebuilt):
I intend to keep the Eeveelution masks on the final version. The final version will also include Ninetails' Nine Pronged Sword.
The other is Primal Giratina, an equivalent to Primal Dialga in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is to be the final mob added to the modification's Beta which would be a looooooong time off.
There are tons of bosses planned, but these four are the only ones absolutely for sure to be added.

Sorry if I misunderstood you. What I meant is that if your mod is playable on multiplayer environment in modded server or with local area network.
Last time I tried it, my mod seemed to work in multiplayer. I used to play with a good friend of mine and we would do testing together.
No they don't. I do not see much of a point in adding animations like that.

Adding a few fun features:
Emotions?
Haha it looks cute!
Sort of! The sad one is when its health is low and the happy one shows for a few seconds when you top off its health. ^^
Something new I am considering:
