I hate to interrupt the joy of this great mod.
but maybe you didn't see my last msg for you.
would you be willing to do a side mod by chance or are you completely to busy?
I can pay you cash money to make the mod even if support for the mod is droped right away after 1.7
Yes, i saw it. But as i said before, i haven't got all the time I'd like, so it may will take a long time to release the mod (i mean finished, i'd probably release some beta version).
But don't worry i'll do all the posible to finish it quickly

P.S.: The first was update my mod
I love this mod just wish it didn't break so many recipes in mods like: IC2, thumcraft 4, survivalist mod, and many more :/
that need sticks or etc
Yes i know it's a lot of ids but most of them are used by tools, which already have its own metadata (damage), so it would be hard to code items with "double" metadata
You should be able to put the new sticks in a crafting table, and get the regular sticks in return. So you can have compatibility between mods that add new tools.
no 1.6.4 version? I wish people would mark 1.6.4 stuff as such. some things that just say 1.6.2 don't work for 1.6.4 and some do. quite annoying.
anyway, a similar mod that I can't get to work allowed one to disable the uniquely colored tools, so you would get, say, vanilla torches from birch sticks or spruce sticks. I would appreciate having this feature because in the Natura mod that I use, that's how their unique wooden sticks work. It's annoying to have 4+ stacks of torches in one's inventory.
also now that i've gone in and played a bit, I notice that every item is uniquely textured, which I personally find rather annoying. vanilla fences and slabs use the wood plank texture, could not the same thing be done for the same items this mod adds, so that texture pack users don't need to go in and retexture every block individually? I know this can't work for items, of course, but any textures I don't have to re-do are good textures.
Thank you, this is awesome, I've always hoped this would be added to the game so you have different sticks and if you craft a tool with that stick it has that color handle, I think its awesome.

I have a few requests for more new wooden items like
Crafting tables chests and beds
i would love to see chest too please i love living in like jungles or in dark oak/roofed forest biomes and this mod is AMAZING please keep up the good work
Just a suggestion, but if you would be adding in those items then maybe at some point you could look into adding boats with their respective wood colors.
It could be useful for boats races, or just adding more interesting boat docks.
I'm working to add blocks like doors, fences, pressure plates, etc.
Yes, i know people usually don't use wooden tools, but it looks quite realistic

Don't worry about that i've implemented some Ore Dictionary recipes to make it more compatible.
They are aleady added.
1. This mod currently uses about 420 IDs (including blocks and items). I've planned to reduce the number of IDs
2. To make it work on multiplayer, you and the host must have the mod installed.
