i found a bug with the road blocks that arent the same hight as regular road blocks. the bug is that when you plase the road bloacks onto of ice they act like they are ice

Question, is there a 1.4.7 version? I was wondering as that is the current version that I have due to a few other mods being stuck in the past. IE RedPower and IndustrialCraft

Sorry, I believe this mod was started in 1.5.2 (it's been so long :P). But, you can get Industrialcraft for 1.6.2 on the dev. site here, and there are a few good replacements for redpower, like here and here

^^Pretty much on the head. I only started the mod in 1.5.2, and there was IC2 releases for both 1.5.2 and 1.6.2.Redpower is dead, unfortunately. I don't believe for a second that Eloraam has any plans to update it further. I just wanted to remind anyone interested in my mods that I'm currently working on my main mod, Remula a lot!

Remula is an awesome tech mod with loads of new worlds to visit and things to kill. It's very early WIP but I started it way before FlenixCities, and even before FlenixRoads!
I've been posting more info on my forums about it. Here's a thread about the world I'm aiming to get complete soonish. I want to release a pre-alpha in the next week or two, but if there's enough interest it will be sooner!

Hey thanks for this.. The link to IC2 is confusing and all I see is a changelog, no real way to download the Jar file. As for replacing redpower, my greatest fear is world corruption. The server I am running now has been on going for many years now that started with what was H-mod then ported to Tekkit, then that got stuck in the past and became Tekkit Classic, Now the server is running in tekkit lite. The mods in the pack were RP2 IC2 and BC. Tracking down Railcraft was a pain as well (not included in lite)
The point is that, the map is old and has grown big time, its well over a gig in size and has frequent people that built it up over the years. Many of the mods addes in blocks and terrains that with out the mod would corrupt the dependant buildings and structures. I really don't want to rebuild everything. (I wish Eloraam would go open sourse)

I don't know about the other RP2 replacement mods, but I've got a mod I use for my server which adds "everything else I need". One of the things in there is Marble and Basalt, renamed and slightly retextured but with the same IDs as the RP2 ones, so when I ported my 1.4.7 buildings they remained intact. I had to rename/retexture because Eloraam probably wouldn't be too happy if I used them directly
I'll try and get the 1.4.7 Roads for you, but It's only my main computer and my PSU is dead, so I'll have to stick the drive in another tower. Let me know if you want my little mod which has the marble/basalt too
(I added a few more blocks, eg chizeled marble too - and there's just more general blocks not related to redpower)
EDIT: Oh I have the basic light blocks too. Not the modelled ones though, and I don't have that silly light frame either - but your block lights will stay in the world

WOW.. Basalt and Marble. XD My entire towncenter uses marble walls and floors. OK so the biggest question is, does it work with NEI and Microblocks? Because, im keeping my fingers crossed here.. =) You have me interested and have my hopes to try and get my server on at the least 1.5.2 or 1.6.0+

Mine doesn't have Microblocks, but Immibis Micrblocks does. Make a test world with a few RP microblocks, then try the immibis version (change the config so IDs match) and see what happens?
I think this mod is awsome you should chceck if its compatible with mods like flans or the car mod. Its not compatible with horses :/ they sink in to the road. The idea is awsome, i see this mod in the technic pack one day.

Why do I need to "check if it's compatible"? I already know it works with Flan's mod. And in the next update it'll work with mobs too.

I'm planning to add some of them but some are too similar to existing ones.
This is the final pre-release I have planned now. Everything is as it should be, minus forked road crafting recipes and ramps.
Once I fix those two, the mod will be classified as Beta and move out of the WIP section! From there, I'll add Redstone support and start taking requests.
