Domini Ex Machina is a wip mod wich is going to be about robots wich can can be controlled by a control pod(similar to the avatar movie), or you will be allowed to get inside the of the robot and control it from there.
The mechs will have an energy sistem. When a mech runs out of power you will be able to turn it into a block and load it in a load station( ic2/buildcraft energy will work too).
Also, we need more people in the team( especialy coders). So if you want to make part of this team you can apply using the comments.
Umm, that doesn't prove anything but you have just the bare minimum for the mod to load done. If you are using the word "beta" right, you should have at least have the mechs working.

The OP says it is, derp. Well anyways, I hope you will finish it. Rotations are going to be the hardest part since they are going to be so glitchy (thanks to the Minecraft code), I made a mech mod just for fun and it was so unresponsive when I turned that I gave up on it.
I don't see this going anywhere at all. The level of code for what needs to be done is way more complicated than any mod that i've seen. Plus as TypeGhost said the renders will be derpy..
Moving a giant TE seems like a bad idea to me look at RP2 frames... a small amount of them can lag a server to death... and they only move on X,Y,Z one block at a time not free roam walking like a mob.
You're taking things too fast.. You have a poll for the spawning of these things you have yet to even create. This shows that its unorganized and nobody has any clue what's going on..
This is just TOO advanced for minecraft TBH... Also what has been done thus far is required for every mod to function... It can't be counted as a release because theres no content...

Seriously both of you calm down & give them the time & space necessary to at least attempt their plans. They're not gonna get this stuff done if you keep pointing out flaws.
Well we're not going to be coding the model
I think siaba or ppp129
There will a way (some time in the future) to change the quality of the mech to prevent lag
We will think of something
We might do something like buildcraft does and has a core mod and the other parts of the mod

I managed to get vehicles working using server-enforced rubberbanding. It doesn't work well with jittery latency but it is unhackable and if there is no jitter it is perfectly smooth.
Not had any trouble with rendering at all, you just have to interpolate it.
Anyways, as someone who is also doing a mech mod I could help you out with testing.

The mechs should be like the vital suits (vs) of lost planet for maximum epicness
