Of course, I love this mod (who doesn't), and I cannot wait for the next update, but since it has been awhile, and I still think it will be awhile, but is it possible that there is an estimate on when the next update will be finished? And will you be able to dye the narrow gauge passenger cars as well? Sorry if asking this might be annoying
I'm sorry, I can't give any estimates on release dates. Cars will be paintable, eventually.

I don't know why, but when I placed down a curved track, it shut down my game and sent me to the multiplayer screen.. I placed down a train and the game crashed.

What I actually mean is in the 1.10.2 versions the trains cannot go on the track properly and you can pace them anywhere but in the next build will you fix that?
Trains follow the tracks just right, if they don't, you're placing them wrong.

With the recent addition of bogies to the 1.10 build I'm curious if this will effect cars with only two wheels as well? Even if not it is promising for the ability to create larger locomotives if Naiten and DAYdiecast wanted.
First of all sorry for my bad english. It's been rusty for some time now...I want to thank Naiten and the team for the great work on this mod. It is pretty much the only thing keeping me interested in minecraft to this day. I've got a couple of questions and yes I follow this forum quite often. I follow the official page too but never really find the information I need to start my journey with this mod once again. So my first question is. Which indev version of the mod is up to date? Is it the newest one from the dropbox? And second of all, which version of Forge is the best one to cooperate with the newest indev version? If you can lend a hand on this topic, maybe tell me the source where I should search this info in the future. I appreciate it and I will never bother you guys with these questions again.
And the last question is an important one for me. Is it safe to start making a map in a creative mode at this time of development? To be more specific I would like to know if future updates will mess up my game save? Can you even answer that question or is it too random to ask that now.

The version with the highest numbering in the name is the latest. 1.10.2 RoW was built with 12.18.0.2007 Forge. Most likely, future updates will ruin your map or will add new minerals which you will not be able to find in old chunks.

look in controls, first you need to move the reverser to "forward", turn on the throttle, and then release the brake
