The sonic screwdriver is the main feature (referencing the title) and activates any redstone device including redstone wire. It will set off tnt and tnt in carts and it will even set flammable things (can be burned and destroyed by fire) on fire it will set off levers buttons (not included in redstone because it sets redstone) push carts and more!
Many things can get you the pre-release for my mod steam money, steam games, but don't be like why? I'll just wait for the free pre-release to come out. It won't pre-releases are only given to people who help me with the mod in any way like WaterMinecraft. WaterMinecraft's help has gotten many aspects of the mod done so he will get a pre-release.

This mod will be constantly updated and updating with the current version of minecraft eclipse and minecraft coder pack.WaterMinecraft is the only user with permission for a pre-release.

Who mod, you should add a working TARDIS, a sonic screwdriver (that can open iron doors and activate other redstone stuff) and some mobs from the show, like: Daleks, Weeping Angels, Empty Child, and more. Boxdemon has said that he is only going to be working on sonic screwdriver stuff so if you are interested head on over for that stuff which Already being done in the Doctor Who Client Mod.
theiking1 I ask that you don't "advertise" your mod here this is for my mod. I just don't think you should if you want people to look at yours instead tell them on yours or on something else and i already pm'ed you about helping with it but you didn't respond just down advertise this is for my mod posts not yours I'm pretty sure thats why you have a more popular post. I am not advertising anything, you stated that you are only working on the Sonic Screwdriver which is why I let that person know where he can find the features he wants.
As for "Wasting time", let me remind you that you opened this thread with the title of Doctor Who Client Mod which is a much more of an offense than letting a person know where he could find the features you said you were not adding.
As for not responding, I have a bunch of PMs I still need to read on all the sites associated with the DWCM, I have 132 skype requests this month alone that I have to go through not to mention the application thread on the iKingsSGC Forums that I still have to go through, please have patience as I am only one guy trying to do what a team of at least 10 people should be doing.
You act like im hacking into your computer copying and pasting your files into mine and taking your work I'm not I just ask not to say on MY POST we have a tardis thats done on our mod. Thats YOUR MOD YOUR POST I have things on my plate too you have at least 1 programmer working on it along with you I am the only one working on mine i am less experienced and if you state one more thing about your mod I am taking down this post and going to be like you and not worry about those pm's juts going to post on some other guys forum who so happens to be a someone who knows about doctor who and minecraft and wants to make a mod .

I said i am working on it for now i actually have the tardim, sonic and laser screwdriver, and tardim key done but i am working on the control room model and the companion models entities, renders, and my client proxy.
First of all name does not relate to the topic. rename it to something like "Doctor who sonic screwdriver mod" - if you continue making this.
second TechMacZ is all ready making a sonic screwdriver mod, and IKings is making a doctor who mod. I don't see why we need another one. i admire that you want to make a mod but I think you should pick a different topic. how is this mod going to be special if there are other mods that do the same thing?
Just so you know this post is for positive posts not for negative posts posting something negative doesn't help and have you noticed i haven;t had much progress? I am working on multiple mods at once along with animated textures and I have a huge test this week.If you have an idea for another mod for me to make post it on forge mod idea's that is why i created the topic and boxcraft contests so winners ideas can be created into their own mods with their ideas.

Do something that interests you (Physics, magic: the possibilities are endless!), or you won't have a good time programming and will not be motivated to work on it. I have taken what you said into consideration and when I was in elementary school I used my imagination frequently I made something called GameCloak where me and my brother would take any idea and add it to anything we knew so I made a Doctor Who character named valaskair who was a time lord but didn't know it and went on multiple adventures with the TARDIS and his companion/best friend Ariel () and well I can't remember the rest but I wrote it all down so I can add it. I am also very interested and have studied cryptozoology so I am going to add those into the game and I have already started Nessie and I might add the megaladon I have this separated this because it isn't a cryptid it was a shark from the Cenozoic Era.
HUGE new project for the control room model including the features for the current interior stating yesterday's episode. The TARDIM will now have two choices for you guys, a control room model(featuring all of the new things), or a dimension with a control room model but everything else is a dimension that i will build with piston activate doors and more and maybe more custom model things in the dimension and should the dimension instantly switch you to adventure so nothing is destroyed?

Another idea is making the sonic screwdriver is open iron doors without buttons, levers or pressure plates!!
Make sure u make it available 4 the next few updates!
