You're right! I fixed this a little while ago, but never uploaded the fix. I applied the fix to two version, one for 1.6.2 and one for 1.6.4, but I never tested the one for 1.6.4, so please test for me if you can: http://gamogora.com/mods/tradebooth.0.6.4.3.zip
I'm ecstatic that I've come across this treasure of a mod! Thank you very much for your time dedicated to creating something useful.
I would like to suggest however, that there be a Nameplate for shops. Having to look into every shop to find the shop you are looking for is quite an issue in my opinion. If you add a name plate support to which players could "name" their shop I feel that would elevate this mods value even more so.

Good Luck and thanks again!
Neat idea, we tend to put signs on the booths, but I'll consider this if I revisit the mod this summer.
Can you upload the source for the 0.6.4.3 version to Github? Because I'm using a slightly modified version on my server so I still have the bugs in the mod because there is only the old version on Github. Thanks in advance!
Github stopped working in whatever version of Windows XP I use. So here's the zipped source (sorry it took so long):

Was curious if you could add a Creative button to keep dishing out items and taking in items without pulling from and inventory or storing the cost anywhere. Kinda like an Admin Shop or something. Also, could definitely make a booth that charges tools/armor in exchange for items (kinda like a universal Energy-O-Mat)
Are you planning to update Trade Booth Mod to 1.7.2?
Yes, I'm working on it, but Forge is fighting against everything I do (it's pure crap for 1.7.2). Hopefully I'll have a test release ready in a few days.
It seems I got everything working right, but I have really only done testing in SSP. So test away and let me know if you find anything wrong with it. I'll release the source in around a week if no bugs are reported. Hopefully nothing is broken.
I added a couple small features/tweaks:
-Any player who is in creative mode will be able to access the GUIs of both the storage and top booth blocks belonging to other players as if they were the owner. This means OPs now have a way to look inside other player's storage and even edit their trades (ex: remove them if they are sold out and have gone away from the server for a long time).
-Tweaked the chest sound to differentiate it from normal chest sounds.
-Tooltip on the Wool Decoration Block Slot in the Top Block. People didn't seem to know what that slot was for, so it should be clearer now.
-Added some noise to the textures so they aren't so cheap looking. (Still not very good)
How many people would use an admin-only trade booth that dispenses unlimited amounts of a trade? And maybe counts how many unlimited transactions took place? I think someone suggested this earlier, and I was contemplating making it. It would work similarly to CustomNPC's NPC trades.
We at the Generation Gateway community would love to see the Admin ability/panel added for this wonderful mod you've created. It would be immediately implemented and put to good use in our markets we're building. the Staff has attempted to contact you before on the TerraFirmaCraft Forums, but to no avail.
Our server as well would love to see an admin-shop, as well as an offical update to 1.7.10, just to make sure, though we've been using it for ages and have not noticed any bugs on 1.7.10.

I'll post the one for 1.6.2 in the OP soon.
Yes, please read the two posts before yours. TradeBooth 0.6.4.3 verifies NBT, but that version needs testing.

I've tested weapons with different name and enchanting (lore not test yet), enchanting books and written books, all fixed!
i found a problem, i'm op, but i can't open the storage of other player

This was never a feature, but it's a good idea and shouldn't take long to add next time I code the mod.
